Best rug store in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

We placed an order for a bar console in November and it was expected to be available in January. There were delays and we were finally able to schedule a warehouse pickup for 03/18/22. The packaging appeared to be damaged at the warehouse, marked that it is an Exchange, and the box was open as well. The logistics guys at the warehouse assured us that the item is not damaged and that they have removed the packaging for “inspection”. We got home and as expected, the console was damaged. There are cracks everywhere, pieces of wood chipping off, the doors don’t close properly, the top was stained, and the quality in general is very poor. We wasted a lot of time and energy waiting and going to the warehouse to pick it up - the console is pretty heavy! 100% would not recommend to anyone. Also Crate and Barrel does not accept and post negative reviews on their website. ~P

Home Depot is the place for your do it yourselfer or contractors. You can buy pretty much anything to repair your home, or materials for a remodel job. If the store doesn't have it in stock, then you get it ordered online or in the store from the Department you need or simply go to customer service to place your order. Happy Repairs, The Fox 👌 ~G

Good selection and probably the only Home Depot I can go in and get out quick. Not too many people for a Sunday and didn’t have to wait in line at checkout. The store is organized and everything I needed was in stock. Customer service was great also. Good selection of plants which was the main reason for my visit today. Much better than other stores I have visited ie lowes. ~Christopher
