What a dysfunctional failure of a store! Imagine coming in knowing the exact product you want to order, having multiple computer stations fail during checkout process, credit card reader not able to activate/turn on (!), and employees are helpless to provide any useful workaround. How does this store have any business outside of all-cash transactions? Such a frustrating experience! Home Depot - fix your computer software so that you can, you know, be an actual store!

Home Depot - never again. The ONLY reason I went with Home Depot instead of Lowe's was that they claimed they could deliver and install the dishwasher - what a joke! The workers they sent weren't qualified to install dishwashers. They only admitted this after disconnecting my old, functioning dishwasher and plumbing to my kitchen sink. And they took off without a word, leaving it disconnected while I was on the phone to Home Depot trying to see if they had anyone actually able to install dishwashers. It was surreal. You had ONE JOB. I had to pay actual professionals to fix what they did, which included having to repair the power to the dishwasher. And they've washed their hands of it, totally denying that they have any responsibility to make it right. Consider yourself warned.

I love home Depot! they have everything and it's such a huge place. and this year their Halloween stuff was amazing! if you haven't seen their Halloween stuff you have to go check it out, it's way cooler than anywhere else

Tool rental department and especially manager, David are horrible, has no clue about customer service. I've spent over $30k for materials in Home Depot this year, and received a lot of perks to use. When I rented a truck for couple hours, and wanted to use "tool rental perk up to $75", I was flat refused and was asked "Why don't you pay with Home Depot card?". Hello David, if customer wants to use perks/points, you have to honor it... You have no clue about customer service and basic communication, and should get a training or don't be a "manager"

This is the busiest Home Depot store, I've ever visited. Be ready for walkways blocked with stacked merchandise and abandoned rolling ladders. They will also be blocking isles in the middle of the day to restock shelves twenty feet of the floor with giant fork lifts. Don't waist time trying to find someone to help find something or ask a question. It won't happen. There are ever only one or two clerks at a cash register. They feed everyone thought the self check-out. That gives them two or three very long lines rather than five or six relatively short lines. When I don't feel like driving an extra fifteen minutes to visit Lowes, I use the byzantine Home Depot website to order and pay for everything in advance. After a day or so, Home Depot will gather it all up and all I have to do is wait through a single long customer service line to pick it all up.

Good selection and probably the only Home Depot I can go in and get out quick. Not too many people for a Sunday and didn’t have to wait in line at checkout. The store is organized and everything I needed was in stock. Customer service was great also. Good selection of plants which was the main reason for my visit today. Much better than other stores I have visited ie lowes.

Employees in the garden center are always so helpful and friendly. Went to grab my dad a Shepard hook for his bird feeder and found a nice plant for inside. I love to see green in my home all year round. Even found more plant decor for my outside plants hummingbirds and butterflies.

Summary: well stocked, knowledgeable staff, and they have a tool rental center. The details: most Home Depots appear the same from the outside however once inside, the employees and a local flair to the place by providing personalized service. Also, this particular Home Depot tool rental center which I personally enjoy because they have everything from ladders to tractors. Parking ample but the parking lot has a lot if litter in it which is a bit of a turn off.
