Ordered a capuccino which came "cold" The device for the order didn't go off so I had to go get my breakfast sandwich cold as it was ready but zi didn't know. I made that observation and the girls didn't do anything to fix the situation.

Clean and friendly. A little expensive for the value. The food is good though they were out of a number of items. I am not a fan of ordering at a kiosk, but there was a register you could go to. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options Kid-friendliness: No issues here, bring the kids. Parking: Plenty of free parking Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the bathroom door being too heavy to open from the wheelchair it was accessible.

PB is historically slower with service and I get it so I do not order frequently from the establishment. BUT yesterday, I ordered soup in a sourdough bowl and I waited almost 30 minute. My name was called to get my order and was told no more sourdough bowls do you want soup and bread roll. NO I DO NOT want that I want what I ordered. My point is very dissatisfied with this since I was looking forward to the sourdough bowl it had been a while that I hadn't had it. Nonetheless w a very dissatisfied look I did not say much and was offered a refund and I took it. PB please inform customers that possibility of item ordering may not be available and other items will be offered if that is the case. Thank you.

I just paid $15 for "half sandwich and salad" that looked more like 1/4 size and a cookie that was about the size of a half dollar. I know prices have gone up, but what you get for the price is just sad. Such a rip off. Never again.

Just ok. Service was 100 tea 100 food far less.. Chicken was questionable and coated in a weird sauce. I guess that's the franchise recipe. It's gross. Won't return.

I have been visiting the Guadalupe & McClintock location in Tempe for several years and I would like to commend Emma--who I believe is a new employee here. It is such a joy to encounter someone who is really proud of their job and seems happy and eager to greet and help customers. Love Panera's fresh food and amazing coffee! Elvira Q

So freaking delicious. I've only ate here one other time but I ordered to go. This time my son and I went in sat down. They have self check out now, still do delivery or curb side pickup. The place is clean, social distancing and masks are required. Now about the food... So good! They have pizza now, my son had the flatbread cheese pizza and the sauce is to die for the whole thing is. I had a turkey sandwich. It was so pretty that I remembered to take a picture first before diggin' in.

I really enjoyed my Green Goddess Cobb salad (half). All fresh ingredients, very lightly dressed...I could have used a bit more since the hard boiled egg is somewhat dry. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a fresh healthy meal.
