Impossible to reach by phone. When you call, there's no phone recording or phone tree. It just rings and rings. I called for 6 days straight multiple times per day.

I loved coming to this TD bank. Everyone was always so helpful until I had an encounter with them today. My husband has been with TD for YEARS but now we’re considering closing our account due to the supervisor Marie. Not once have I been to a bank where they allow racism to happen. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They have the proof that it was not me who took the money and reports that the same thing happened to many more people, even so they do not give me a solution and they make me leave my job saying that they are going to return the money, I arrive and they simply say no we have to investigate more

Though I do not have a TD Bank account I was able to get cash for my saved up loose change with their machine. They did take a small percentage but if I would have had an account they would not have charged a fee. The bank seems nice and clean, and it is busy most of the time.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Long time customer with many accounts, loans, investments, etc. Have used other branches which are great and understand how to take care of a customer. This branch is terrible! They have no idea how to take care of a customer and they treat you like a 5 year old in school. Stay away from them, I would not trust them with my money or business.

Long time customer including Auto loans, Accounts, credit cards. I arrived today with a major issue and was advised to “read the fine print” as it was pointed to me like a 3 year old child in pre-school. Expected much more professionalism. I don’t believe it was a bank issue but, poor customer service. I’d visit another branch for more serious issues to be resolved. I also bank with Bank of America, never been turned away from any issue. Poor customer service...
