As always my experience was great the staff is always helpful and friendly the store is all well maintained and stopped prices are good and the staff the CSR is genuinely will go out of their way to help and assist customers at any time it's refreshing

Worst experience ever at this home depot. Furat kets start with the people involed. 1. Letti pro specialist 2. Brett ASM 3 sabeina store manager and myself. Now to be clear iam a home builder that spends alot at home depot and lowes iam mean a lot. That being said i do not expect specual treatment ever. This day i was purchasing small line items for my guys and ia was waiting in line as well as many other with only 1 cashiiwr poor guy was trying. As usual the pro team was acting busy but not once tried to help customers .. just acting like tgey are busy but lazy is the better word. Prior i waited 20 mins in front of the pro desk and not 1 pro person asked if i needed anything big joke. We i said just out loud can we get another cashier and i told letti to please cash some people out we arepros and need to go. She immediately starts to make excuses and loudly tells me "DONR TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB" several times and has a full blown argument with me. There code if conduct states this very clear that yiu cant argue with or yell at customer which she did both. She has a bad anger and personality issue and should be let go. But as usual bret did norhing and Samantha said it bc of covid that people act diffrent.. this is so pathetic and a very uneducated excuse. ⁵. So basicly remember when shopping here its ok for employees to argue yell and disrespect customers. Iam sure she got a basic write up and now feels she can act that way. Iam hoping corporate sees this and does something otherwise this just gets worse. I will be moving all my busi ess to lowes untill she is ket go. #worst homedepot in austin

Only problem for me, I was kinda disappointed that Home Depot doesn't give a military discount anymore. So disappointed ☹️ Update I went to Lowe's for their Military discount a few times and that worked out fine. So I gave Home Depot a shot again and got the same results. They had something close to what I needed but said no military discount anymore. Unsure why !?!

Different location of my favorite store. I noticed this as I went down one of the aisles. I had no clue they carried these items so maybe I'll put something like this to use soon.

The associate that processed my return made the Home Depot experience more like the wal mart experience. Not paying attention, rolling his eyes, talking to coworkers while playing on his phone. Zoomers give the worst customer service.

Home Depot is the place for your do it yourselfer or contractors. You can buy pretty much anything to repair your home, or materials for a remodel job. If the store doesn't have it in stock, then you get it ordered online or in the store from the Department you need or simply go to customer service to place your order. Happy Repairs, The Fox 👌

Customer service phenomenal. We are purchasing for our home and as we were shopping the people were so responsive and helpful. They walked the store with us helped load items into our car and made sure we got the best deal. Great staff and even better inventory. Yes, inventory! We came here from Dallas because none of our stores had the lights or backsplash.
