Rude lady at the front cashier. She must be new or something never seen her. Said not to bounce ball because it was going to get dirty and no one was going to want to buy it. I would of understand the do not bounce because you might break something but jeez to say the ball would get dirty , ok lady. Like the african american lady she is so sweet and nice. White lady needs to take a chill pill.

I used to love the staff they had on place . The new associates except for one are really rude and have no real customer service ques . Just went tonight and the entire time I had to over hear a conversation that was not really appropriate and before checking out I could hear one swearing like a sailor .

The cashier was so rude for no reason while checking out and also make sure to check expiration date on food, most of the items are expired. Bad experience, never coming back!

Very RUDE employees. The empty parking lot should have been my first clue. Shop dollar general instead they have great customer service. I will NEVER shop in this family dollar again.

I only go to Family Dollar when I absolutely have to like once every 3 months but every time I have the manager the actual manager is so rude and nasty and she doesn't even try to hide the nastiness from her face it is absolutely disgusting that I'm manager acts like that I guess it's not really who you know anymore because there's no way somebody in their right mind would let somebody that nasty manager any store. Dollar General on the other hand has an amazing staff as far as friendliness it's a little bit disorganized but they're always helpful and the atmosphere at Dollar General is so much better than the one at Family Dollar. Family Dollar is just a horrible experience all around. Do not go there save yourself some nastiness and go to Dollar General.

First off I’d like to express that the staff here is EXCEPTIONAL!!! no matter the rush they always seem kind and courteous! I visit this store very frequently and the consistency is amazing. From merchandising to customer service. Great job team!!
