If I could give 0 stars I would... I came in for a simple transaction. 2 gift cards the assoicate couldn't even do that correctly , then through my receipt away and stayed on the cell phone explaining to her boss she cant find the receipt. This place has gotten worse and worse! And don't even mention customer service because its quit clear THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON what that is. When ask to speak to a manager the response was im the only one here another customer ask for help the assoicate snap and said as rude as she can be im only one person. Not only did I, but another customer ask for the corporate number and she replied oh it was up there and then refuse to give any information. FYI I still didn't get my receipt.. BACK TO WALMART I GO...i rather pay a little more more for better customer service!

Very sweet young guy working there. Very helpful and great manners even when he was dealing with a frustrating customer and a line was forming. He handled her well and kept a few restless people calm.

Super helpful employees, great place to run in and get something instead of going all the way to Macclenny to Walmart. Only complaint is the clutter. Always have stocking carts and such in the isles. Would be impossible for a wheelchair to get around.

I know that Mondays are hard for many stores but today this one was an absolute mess!! It looked like part of the mess was leftover from the weekend. Aisles were blocked. Pieces of cardboard boxes torn off laying around in the way. Shelves empty. It's been like this ever since the girl that kept up with the whole store left. We miss her!!

THEIR ALWAYS GOOD. No matter what lady is there their always good. I dont wanna be rude and just use the bathroom so i alqays buy something cause i know some places are like that but jesus are they nice and the bathrooms always clean.

So so very dirty, cluttered and staff was openly complaining with each other about the manager and having towork doubles and not getting help feom mngmnt on their hours. Feom the look of the store, mngmnt is DEF the problem. Wont be back.

I would be so ashamed of being a store owner or the ceo of dollar General, whoever is responsible. To have ONE person in any store, especially one as big as DG is totally irresponsible. A person could walk in the front while the cashier is putting away stock, with or without a weapon & rob or kill the employee. I think with all the new stores you are opening you could surely afford to pay two people for safety sake. The gal at the Baldwin store was doing a super job. She was courteous and professional bit it distressed me terribly to see the conditions and danger she had to work in especially in such a profitable company

I've never seen the first bit of rudeness. Every employee I see is friendly and courteous. I usually find myself stopping a couple times a week and love the low prices and the convenience of staying out of the big box stores where you have to walk miles to pick up a few things. I REALLY like the fact that I can buy eggs bread bacon and just about every thing else I need. I wish they would expand their refrigerated section or stock bigger items instead of a small amount of different things like country crock margarine. But all and all I love the store.
