I recently ordered a Cars Theme cake online for my son's 7th Birthday. I received a call very early on the morning that I was supposed to pick up the cake from Ms. Rhonda Smith that works in the bakery. She told me that they did not have the kit to make my son's cake. I was devastated because I wanted to make his birthday as special as he is. A great big thank you goes to Ms Rhonda for making it happen for my son she put it together for him. She made his birthday a truly amazing one. Thank you so much l. I love Publix bakery.

Its a convenient place for all. The employees are cordial and welcoming. I love the bakery items from here. They also have good stock of fresh vegetables. Even Deli is good here. Though it is little far from the place I live, my wife makes it point to visit this store at least once a week.

Staff is always helpful, produce is always fresh, and the prices are decent. I love they carry products from back home (New York) that I can't get anywhere else. Definitely a staple place for higher end products that I need.

They always have the best selection of different foods. And not to mention their bakery & deli are ALWAYS on point!!! Also their employees are always very polite & always very helpful. Highly recommend!

Love shopping here! Ordered 50 pc chicken meal. This time I felt like they cheated me when it came to the side dishes!🤨 I had more of the side dishes from the last time I placed my order. Come on publix deli dept do better. Would you serve this little bit to your guest when you fixed it?

The store's inventory tracker stated that they carry MUG root beer, and stock it on aisle 8. Lo and behold when I went to aisle 8 I was able to find every root beer under the sun...except MUG. This feels like targeted lying. I was highly upset because I needed MUG urgently for a fire meme. Was going to award 2 stars but picked up some fried chicken that was extremely tasty so now its a 4. Until they stock MUG on their shelves I will patronize their establishment.

I have been shopping at this Publix since they first opened. Exemplary customer service. While you're in the store, multiple employees will ask you if they can help you find anything, and they will even check the storage area if an item is not located on the shelf. They also spend time organizing the shelves, so the shelves are tidy. Great fresh fruit. Great sales as well. The bagging staff always offers to take your groceries to the car for you, and they are not allowed to accept tips! If an item price is higher at checkout than as shown on the shelf, go to customer service, and they will refund the entire price of the item. You get it for free. Download the app for extra couponsavings. If an item is on sale BOGO, you can buy only one item at 50% off. Store is crowded on football game day, but they do a good job having each checkout line staffed, and they conveniently place refrigerators of bagged ice at the front of the store for easy access. Publix's motto is "where shopping is a pleasure." I wholeheartedly agree.

Great selection and service. Before the lines get long more cashiers appear to handle the crowd. The bakery is tops, as is the butcher. Heck, it's all great and the prices are very good. Publix has been my first choice in grocery stores for years. It earned it!

I love going to this Publix!! I moved to the area about 3 years ago, so this Publix was a bit different from the large Publix stores I was used to. Every time I go in there I receive excellent customer service from the awesome employees. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience!! The ladies that prepare the sushi are out of this world they make it fresh and exactly how you like it and are very friendly!! I do have staff that approaches me and ask me if I am finding everything ok!! A cute cashier by the name of Donovan who told me about his love for kayaking and showed off his kayak tattoo and saved me Eight Bucks on my grocery bill!! All the employees are beyond friendly and make you feel right at home!! :D The seafood and Deli department are super as well, fresh food and friendly staff !!!!
