I usually have good experiences here but the cashier working 7/15/22 around 4:56 is a jerk. He shouldn’t have a attitude at work, ol boy should clock out and try it again. And maybe you guys should teach him to talk right and not hold his fingers up to tell customers to wait. He could have done it to the wrong person 🤦🏽♀️

This is a fairly busy location, my advice would be if there are 6 customers in line to check out, bring the other worker up to help check out instead of stocking over in the corner. Especially because we don’t want to wait extra for people to screw around with lotto scratch offs.

When the racetrack changed to a 7-Eleven, their standards have dropped significantly. The food wasn’t as fresh as it should be and they are not enforcing or following their own mask rules. Very disappointed

I usually visit this store at least once a day. The staff is friendly and they do a good job of taking care of the transaction.

It’s a gas station and 7-11. My standards are not too high. Basically with me: whereas every other business “begins with a 5-Star rating [and can “work” their way down],” any 7-11 now begins at 1-star and can VERY easily move up. • Public restroom and no lies/hassles? ✔️ • Gas pumps function? ✔️ • Was treated with respect? ✔️ • Visit was “hassle-free,” ✖️ (Could not pre-pay, which meant card-at-pump; I prefer not to, as I equate 7-11 with thievery; I did so) • Did not have to search for items which weren’t out of date? ✖️ (Fail. Shelves are loaded with expired product). Par for the course regarding a suburban 7-11. If we were inner-city...I’d be more lenient. Those employees actually have a reasonable degree of asininty with which they must deal. Here? Nah... not for a criminal organization such as 7-11. They’ve got this.

Very rude staff . Bad costumer service . The person at the counter called their costumer stupid just because the water he had with him , about to go out the door after paying for it tore and all the water bottles fell off the bag . Possibly had a tear previously for it to tear just like that. And my husband even apologized that the bag tore out and asked if he could please replace the water even Willy to help pick the other bottles , then the staff said “you just dropped it “ . My husband said why would I just drop something I came to buy just to get another ? Then the guy turned around did not know he could still hear him and he said “stupid “ . At this point my husband got upset and just walked up to get another case to replace it and left . Stay away from this store they don’t deserve your business.

I am really learning to dislike this 7-11. Twice my daughter has bought food that was way past the expiration date. The next day the items are still on the shelf after the clerks were informed. Today I bought a slurpy, it had no taste and after a few swallows I threw it out. 30 minutes later I can't taste anything, my mouth won't stop salivating and I feel like I am about to get sick hours later. I have a horrible after tase which reminds me of peroxide. I have a feeling the machine was sanitized and never properly rinsed or the water line is hooked up to a cleaning solution still.

The a-rab guy with the hat tried to chrge me for non dairy creamer when I had a handfull. 8:15 pm 12/30/15 I had a Monster Rehab, a regular Hershey Bar, a fountain Diet Pepsi, and the creamers. When the a-rab guy (he may have been Hindu) said I'd have to pay for the creamer, I dropped everything on the floor and walked out.
