Pharmacy is a joke . long lines and when you prepaid online I got a message saying order ready for pick up and when you go get your prescription they say it is not ready.

Seemingly a lot of Karen’s posting 1⭐️ reviews but this CVS is by far the best one in the area. In and out quickly for vaccinations, C19 testing, picking up medications and odds/ends, and the staff has always been friendly, especially given it is clear they are understaffed, but so is everyone else - #letsgobrandon - relax people.

This pharmacy is already rated two stars. Went to pick up two prescriptions of simple antibiotics, One prescription was unavailable and for the second prescription a simple flavor request was not possible due to a missing ingredient.

Worst pharmacy in the area! It doesn't help that their IT systems don't communicate well with other systems. The staff are overwhelmed with simple customer requests that they have to resort to illogical replies. If you are a CVS fan, go to another branch. If you are not then seek a better competitor.

Drive-through testing took more than 50 minutes. Do not go in the second lane for testing Bc then you will have to move back to the window lane. This place is too slow and they do not have a sign saying where you need to go. Drive 5 more minutes to the Wylie location and do walk up. I feel bad for the people working in the pharmacy Bc this method and speed is ridiculous and it shows a lack of proper management and staffing/hiring.

I have never come to this pharmacy where I got out in less than 30 minutes. It’s horrible. I wouldn’t have meds sent here but my doctor keeps forgetting the new pharmacy. It’s just pure incompetence and someone needs fired because this isn’t rocket science. It’s incredibly poor management.

This CVS get our Rxs wrong and has poor customer service. I was sick and they told me my Dr did NOT call in any antibiotics. I went home and their app informed me that I was ordered one but that they had it on back order. The Rx tech’s misinformation jeopardized my health so now I always go to a different store. They also don’t wear masks despite being a vaccination site and thus bringing unvaccinated people into the store.

I've recently had to transferred my Rx from Walgreens to CVS. This CVS location is closest to my home. However, this CVS Pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen. My Rx are never ready when I arrive, even though I've received a text message saying they are ready for pickup. I came though the drive thru today to pick up a Rx. I sat there for 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. The clerk finally looked at me and then went back to shuffling some papers. When she finally answered the intercom she still took a very long time to get my Rx. I will drive 15 minutes of my way to use another CVS Pharmacy instead of this location. Based on this and the many other reviews I just read, someone at the CVS Corp office needs to do a serious review of this store!!
