Good selection of clothing, however their website is definately a better choice than going into the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms and floors were dirty however, hence the stars off. Overall not a bad experience, and will return again.

Visited this location on Tuesday and was greeted immediately. The girls were very attentive and helpful. Angie suggested items and made my experience very welcoming. I will be coming back for sure!

The customer service at this location is very sub par. They were short when speaking, unwelcoming, uninviting. But the store it self is a great place to get a cocktail dress for date night, birthday, anniversary, prom, wedding guest. I had a difficult time finding a sexy dress for my birthday date night. Everywhere I went was peasant style with ruffle sleeves but I was able to find many sexy options at this store.

My prom dress I ordered online was very late, I’m talking it got here the day before prom wrinkled and falling out of the box they put it in. So, I went to the mall and found Windsor! All of the workers in the store were incredibly nice and helped me and the other customers out quickly and well! When I got the dress I wanted I accidentally bought a large instead of a small because I couldn’t find the size and it was the last one. This store not only let me exchange the dress for another size, but even took the small off the manikin and held it for me until I got there, even though I was about 30 minutes late. Again the workers were so nice and understanding and got me everything I needed. Thank you especially to Ardy who helped me specifically with the dress size issue!

Shopped at 3 other clothing stores within the mall. All other 3 stores employees were extremely nice and very helpful. Went above and beyond for me. This store was the only one that didn’t greet me. I was looking at a shirt and an employee started to fix the clothes that were literally right in front of me…didn’t even ask me to move or say excuse me. The other person on the floor was actually helping someone. Cashier was sort of rude, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I’d rather just shop online. By the looks of the reviews seems like this location has a hard time finding good employees.

The customer service in this place is terrible. I’ve had a number of bad experiences here, but this last one takes the cake. I was trying to find a dress that was on a mannequin, but was told there weren’t anymore. I asked for the one off the mannequin and the sales associate told me no, she was too busy and they were understaffed. So I go to take it off myself and another young lady comes up to tell me I can’t take the dress off myself. Great, then could you please take the dress off. No, they’re too busy and they can’t. Fine, I will do it myself. No company policy says you can’t do it yourself. You can come follow me to talk to my manager. No you can ask your manager to come up here and explain why you won’t sell me this dress. My manager is too busy. Now the first girl comes back, so TWO sales associates spend 15 minutes explaining why they can’t take two minutes to take a dress off a mannequin. She continued to say company policy, company policy, company policy. I’m pretty sure your company is in the business of selling clothes. Mind you at this moment the first girl who told me she couldn’t help me is standing at the door doing nothing, except telling people they can’t come into the store. Y’all are horrendous and lazy.

Absolutely awful experience. Went in today to get a dress for a wedding. I stepped outside of the dressing room to take a call and the cashier was rudely yelling at me “man mam mam mam” and finally (because somehow she didn’t see I was on CLEARLY on the phone) I responded “yes?” She said “you need to put all of the clothes that you don’t want back on the rack before you leave”. First, I was clearly on a phone call. Second, even if I wasn’t on the phone, the way this cashier was yelling at me from the desk was so disrespectful, for absolutely no reason. Then I go to check out and a different cashier was the one who rang me up, also rude and acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. The whole experience was over the top and not necessary. Not really sure why I was treated at all the way that I was but I wont shop at this store again. By the looks of all of the other reviews, seems like there’s a reoccurring issue with customer service.

Their sales associate Angela Trevino was rude and disrespectful and the manager couldn't do anything. My girls grandmom wanted to buy my girls a dress and all she had was cash. Angela was so rude while she was checking us out. The manager was apologizing but Angela was adamant that she didn't owe us any apology. Why do you hire people who have no idea about customer service? Very disappointment. Will not return.
