I love Bonjangles but I absolutely HATED this location. They were rude, inconsiderate and got the order so wrong. Also the food was overcooked, the biscuits were dry and they gave us warm tea and lemonade. I could stand on my soap box all day on this one because this place is garbage. The services was fast. But I was disappointed with the food. I use to eat their often. The chicken taste old and dry. The blue berry biscuits was my favorite. But now they are bigger and not well bake. I was disappointed with all food that I purchased. The biscuits were bigger the dough in the biscuit was not well done. Bojangles used to be one of my family's places to eat. Please correct these problem.

Probably the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Afternoon shift of Sunday Sept 11th could give two cents about how the place looked or how they treated customers. Items not available on the menu. Soda everywhere. No napkins. A man was passed out on him table. Unreal.

The worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my life. The cashier was so disrespectful because I didn't want ice in my drink. The manager just looked at me then put his head down. He never once I apologize to me or ask her or her co-worker to stop talking about me. I don't recommend at all.

Food was absolutely trifling. The chicken was dried out to the point where you couldn’t even see the meat. You could clearly tell it was old chicken that they refried and tried to cover up. I only came to this location because the location I usually go to was out of the side items but, I would’ve rather have gotten just chicken from the other location than to come to this location and waste money on old flavorless dried out chicken. From now on I will never come to this location again. They should not serve food if this is the only way they know how to do it. Just sad. I should’ve known something was wrong when they forgot my Bo berry biscuits and then acted as if they were unfamiliar on what a Bo berry biscuit was while working at Bojangles? Doesn’t make sense but hey! Now I know, never again.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. The owner should consider firing all staff and starting over . First off the gentleman that took my order took 15 minutes to acknowledge me and I was the only person in the store . Because of this inconvenience of my time I asked for the manager on the shift . The young lady was unprofessional and rude as if she would rather be somewhere else . She later informed me that they don’t have any chicken in the store. I ask to use the bathroom. The manager words verbatim was “ you have to purchase something to be able to use that bathroom “ frustrated after hearing this law I ordered a drink . My suspicions of the managers body language when she was handing me the drink my gut feeling told me to look inside the cup which I did and discovered black molded ice in my drink . I will be calling the heath department on this establishment. Also a lawsuit will be filled.

Was not given a reciept. Why do i care? I ordered a chicken sandwitch meal, a steak sandwitch and a sweet buiscit. Got a steak sandwich meal only, the others were skipped. When i got the single bag from her i asked if that was all, and she said yes, so i drove away, on the highway i got to the bottom of the bag and realized half my order was missing. So yeah, no reciept. Also, when i asked for a min to look at the menu, i was rushed ten seconds afterwards. The food surprisingly tasted good. Unhealthy, but that was not a surprise. But no reciept? Half the order missing? Almost intentionally stealing from customrs.

8:45am visit, and I'm glad I had to use the restroom before ordering bc the restroom was disgusting. The store had only been open since 7am, and I understand many places are understaffed; BUT, this was still unacceptable. No soap. No hand towels. Trashcan filled to the top. I don't imagine they have enough foot traffic to justify the amount of disarray (bc most people us the drive thru...) I spoke with the manager on duty, and her explanation was that they were short-staffed this morning..... Not only were the necessary items out of stock, but half the equipment is damaged! A store does not run out of everything at one time, so, I imagine these items have been out for more than one shift.... Needless to say, I did not order breakfast from here and I will not order anything from here in the near future. I canNOT imagine what the kitchen looks like. 🤢 #disgusted

I went inside and ordered the 12 piece family meal around 4:15 today. I was told I had to wait for 20 mins. A young lady brought my food to my seat and told me she's going to get the fries. It's 6:34 and I'm ready to eat. This chicken look old, horrible, and burnt. Not the 1st time I was angry by what I was served at this location. No receipt was given either. They was a ton of receipts by the register just sitting there. My receipt was tossed aside by another worker who immediately did something with the register and went and sat back down to eat. On the way back now for chicken cooked the right way.

My chicken was not cooked. When I cut open the chicken it was just red and bloody. Then I've been calling the store and the voice-mail is full. What's going on??? Are any managers available?? Can I get somebody to assist me please?? Other than the uncooked chicken, I must say the customer service was great inside. The young lady on the register was very nice! Myah I believe is her name. Great job and kudos!!!
