I just had the BEST customer “CARE” service from a Safeway deli. I have shopped MANY of Safeways in the DMV area and the customer care and service I received from the deli at Oxon Hill was beyond five star. A large part had to do with Charmaine Wellington. Charmaine is VERY attentive to the customers and makes sure we receive the highest of quality service and food. Safeway should be HONORED to have such an employee like Charmaine on their team. I’m not sure if she’s a supervisor or in a managerial role for the deli but she needs to be! As she took customer orders she communicated with the other employees politely and with great direction to assure the customer orders were correct and delivered in a timely manner. THANK YOU CHARMAINE for the freshly made food and the BEST customer service I’ve ever received at a Safeway deli! KUDOS to you! Safeway Charmaine deserves employee recognition and a bonus!

Everything thing I'd needed was there, plus if you have the app and the U personalized just for you works wonder. I've got a dozen of white eggs large for $2.06 regular time price $3.79 eggs ain't cheap no more. This was at the Oxon Hill Maryland location Rivertown location. Store was clean, plenty of carts and friendly staff.

My daughter wanted to celebrate my sister and I for Mother’s Day but the pretty pink and green cake ruined our special day because it tasted like dirty disgusting rubber band from SpongeBob Underwater restaurant. Very tasteless. Bakery rating should be a ZERO not a one star. It was terrible. I want a refund.

I just want to say I came into your store on 2.23.22 And I checked out with Miss Charlene She was great my day wasn't going too well and I was feeling really down and sad and going through her line she made me feel so much better and rest of my day was great....We need more people like Miss Charlene in the world ...I appreciate her bubbly personality. Oxon Hill Safeway is the Safeway of choice for me for over 42 years. A great place to shop. The employees are polite, helpful and always asking customers if they find what they were looking for.

I won’t be going back here at all I went to go buy groceries on nov11 here and my fruit was out dated I called and the produce manager told me to bring the fruit back and he will replace it. So fast forward it to yesterday 12/11/21 I went back here to buy $400 worth of food and I was rushing to get home to my baby I did not check what I needed to check. As I was putting my food away I noticed my spam has a small hole in the left-hand corner so I had opened the can to see what was going on and the meat was white and molded my lemons was green. I’m just irritated because I just had a talk with the manager last month and they act like they can’t talk to their employees to make sure we have fresh food. The line for the returns was long A man was returning his Frites and said this was his 4th time in one week returning food. They need to get it together or hire actual people who care about other people health! Or they need a new store manager. Because this is not cutting it

Actually pretty good grocery were easy to find we had a watermelon ring up for 74 dollars lol but it got corrected
