I just had the BEST customer “CARE” service from a Safeway deli. I have shopped MANY of Safeways in the DMV area and the customer care and service I received from the deli at Oxon Hill was beyond five star. A large part had to do with Charmaine Wellington. Charmaine is VERY attentive to the customers and makes sure we receive the highest of quality service and food. Safeway should be HONORED to have such an employee like Charmaine on their team. I’m not sure if she’s a supervisor or in a managerial role for the deli but she needs to be! As she took customer orders she communicated with the other employees politely and with great direction to assure the customer orders were correct and delivered in a timely manner. THANK YOU CHARMAINE for the freshly made food and the BEST customer service I’ve ever received at a Safeway deli! KUDOS to you! Safeway Charmaine deserves employee recognition and a bonus! ~D

Definitely on the go! Its close by MGM and whats awesome? Its right next to the liquor store…Awesome!! (I wish they would sell Filipino’s favorite beer- The “RED HORSE”) Prices is very reasonable. The owners are superb so nice. Thank you for that great service - 5 stars for you!! ~Jeannifer

Prices are great and the staff is pleasant. However the outside of this establishment should be just as important as the inside. The parking lot is a mess, trash everywhere, druggies everywhere begging and doing who knows what. This is a turn off and for that reason lots of people refuse to go there. ~Cheron

The owner is friendly, and there's no credit card required...but you do need car insurance they call your insurance company while your standing there. If you use a credit card and bring the car back on time with no problems and the gas back where it was....your 200 goes back on your card no problem. If you pay with cash....they give you a check...all of that part good...but the actual fleet of cars are a site to see....they look like junkyard cars....if your going around the area then ok....out of town wouldn't use there cars. ~Marilyn

I was trying to rent a car for 3 days with my insurance. and I could never have a car and apart from that the one who attended me was not friendly. a. tattoo man. he has a bad character to do a service. the others excellent but. No. the ~lester

I hate getting the run around and that's what I got today...no help at all Package is delivered to post office available for pick up..I go pick up it's out for delivery...now post office is closed and NOBODY can tell me where my package is... Zero stars to text message system as well... No help at all! ~Antoinie

First time ever using Jiffy Lube! Vehicle ntrance was in the rear and the office entrance is on the front - was confusing (to me) as I didn't see any signs directing one to the office. However, staff was very friendly and helpful, along with discussing your needs and their recommendations (based on computer analysis). Based on current economics and inflation, prices were reasonable! Service was quick and efficient - I was satisfied! I might very well return! ~Brenda
