I hate getting the run around and that's what I got today...no help at all Package is delivered to post office available for pick up..I go pick up it's out for delivery...now post office is closed and NOBODY can tell me where my package is... Zero stars to text message system as well... No help at all! ~Antoinie

This is the most inconvenient location I've ever been to. It's one of two FedEx locations in this area and the.other is in the Gaylord hotel. You have to park in the MGM garage, take the elevator to the casino, walk through all the shops, take the escalator up to the ballroom then down the hall behind the ballroom. I had a prepaid package to ship, thinking I could just drop the package and get a receipt when the attendant told me that since this was a hotel location, there was a weight based convenience fee which he would waive this time. My complaint isn't on the employee at this location but on FedEx as a company for only having two locations, both of which are in Hotels and charge additional fees in this area. Otherwise you have to travel to Virginia or DC to ship your packages. ~Ron
