I was at this location today and the lady I think her name was spelled Hough she was helpful I was there because I had receiving mail for someone that doesn’t live at residence for four years and she helped and her coworker was shaking her head no before I even finished what I was there for

They close the office before 5 pm and rudely respond to customer asking why at the door. Low grade employees at this post office try to avoid them.

I hate getting the run around and that's what I got today...no help at all Package is delivered to post office available for pick up..I go pick up it's out for delivery...now post office is closed and NOBODY can tell me where my package is... Zero stars to text message system as well... No help at all!

Is the mail getting lost? or delivered to the wrong place? I have the USPS informed Delivery app, with this app, I get an email every morning with images of the mail that I will getting that day, Well, sometimes, I get the email with all images, but I don't get any mail delivered. I am not sure what's going on.

I dropped off over 20 packages at this particular location for my online business in November the first batch the 10th and the second batch the 29th and only three of them got delivered to my customers..but none of the other packages have updated and still says it's in "usps possession" when I dropped them off in November at this oxon hill location..this is complete theft at this point..I know because when I went the St. Barnabas location the second batch of packages I shipped out updated in the tracking system within the same day. Every last one..I even told the lady that scanned them in front of me and place them in the bin that my packages mysteriously had no movement since I dropped them off at the oxon hill location over a month ago..she even thought that was strange..I am not crazy my packages were stolen by an employee. Do me a favor if you have a business avoid dropping your packages off at this location they are a bunch of thieves..I will continue to go to the St. Barnabas location.

The tracking number said the package was handed directly to resident at 8:45 pm October 6 2021. Never happened. I have 8 cameras around my house. No sign of usps vehicle. Not the first time this has happened. Called Amazon and they responded that this happens.

The staff is very professional and positive altitude and always willing to help they are so polite and patient with customer specially the passport lady I don’t know her name but she is awesome and got so beautiful handwriting all I can say thank you so much for the awesome work you guys doing.

2pm Mail delivers every other day or every few days, not daily. I have informed delivery and my letters rarely come on time. Called to see if I was getting mail today and inquired on why they didn’t deliver yesterday and they said “the are still out delivering.” Ok.... hopefully I get mine. 6:14pm NOPE! didn’t get mine for 2 days straight. Hopefully Saturday I get the 10letters I see I have.... 10:15am Ok, hopefully today I get the now 15 letters I see I have accumulated. Who decides who gets the mail on time? Can we take turns?

I scheduled an appoitment two weeks ago to come to this location to apply for a new passport. On the US Postal Service website, this location shows as taking passport pictures ON SITE. Not true. I got a phone call 3 hours before my appt letting me know that I had to bring my own passport pictures. When I got there (after having to rush to go get pictures taken somewhere else)one of the clerks was asking each person the reason for their visit. When I said passport, he rolled his eyes and asked me to line up on the side. Then, after I asked him if everything was ok, he said they only had one person available to attend the public, the money order machine wasn’t working properly and that they were behind schedule. Yes, lots of problems, but it looks to me that they should’ve had better management and better planning. Only one person available to attend people on a weekday at lunch time? Not acceptable. Calling me 3 hours before my appt to let me know the location doesn’t take pictures? Not acceptable. Rolling your eyes at costumers because you are having a bad day at work? Not acceptable.
