This horrible..the managers never return calls. You can't access your po box's at better times. They never know what happen to Mail you never received. I am going to report to BBB, I will contact a lawyer because I never got my most important mail although I lived where iam over a year with no problems. Yet..elections documents came to the physical address..this is the most terrible post office I have dealt with.

This post office had very bad customer service.5/30/22 around 9:45-10is I walked into the branch to inquire about my mail box key.2younger women I believe one name was Kenya and darker female with dreads.The young lady Kenya stood fumbling through Papers where I given her my info 5 times already.She goes to back I’m guessing to get the older female in charge of making the mail box key.The older women came out very nasty when I asked her about my key.She gave me Bs exscuse where she couldn’t reach me and didn’t leave a vm.which I don’t believe she contacted me.The supervision took my number down so I know it was not contact because why would u need my number again if you already reached out makes no sense.moving forward I asked the lady well basically what’s the next step I have no key it’s been almost a month I was told 10 days.The keymaker walks real nasty and rude and yells I will have it to you by today and good day.it’s not what u say it’s how u say it. The customer service reps were very nasty and rude as if they didn’t care. If you don’t wanna do your job that you applied for to service the public find another field.The supervisor was no better he didn’t even write down my complaint still waiting on my mail box key that’s been over 2 months.Mail is pilled up.

I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.

My letter was suppose to be delivered by Nov 15,2021 it's not delivered yet I had it certified at the gwynn oak post office on nov,10,2021 the the status is that it's still in transit I presume it is still on the road where is my letter to be delivered to randallstown,

They not only never deliver our mail, they will mark packages as delivered forcing us to either wait for over an hour on the phone (if they even decide to answer) or go up to the office and get it ourselves. They’re completely unprofessional and hard to communicate with.

A large shipment of packing peanuts was left on the ground near curbside mailbox on 1/11/2021. Carrier not motivated or too lazy to deliver something so fragile and subject to the elements or theft to front door. Expecting 4 more bags. Expect better service than we've been receiving. No wonder No one EVER answers phone at office.

Very rarely do I have a problem with this post office. My mail carriers are nice and friendly! However, every time I have to call this PO to ask a question or get information NO ONE answers the phone. I get my Delivery Daily Digest which is an email with picture of the mail I will receive that day. On this particular day, 1 out of the 2 pieces of mail was received. The MOST important was missing. If the envelopes were scanned and you sent me an email of them, WHY WASN'T IT DELIVERED. I’ve called during normal business hours, I wait patiently through the IVR, I’m told I’ll be transferred to the operator. No one answers! Each time the phone rang for 5 minutes then I’d hang up. Absolutely ridiculous!

Three weeks of mail gone and returned back to senders because my change of address card was not processed by this local office. The phone rep checked and stated that it is not in the system but my kids’s change of address cards are in it and processed. I gave the cards to them in person so how did my card get lost or not processed? This is crazy! I was told by 800 number rep to redo one for myself and hopefully the local office will processed it ASAP and apologized for the inconvenience. I cannot believe this could happened. Good thing that I have the informed delivery alerts to use to reach out to the senders about my returned mails. Let’s see if my second COA card will be processed correctly.

The phone run around to call my delivery person at an hour where the phone says its out of office hours and automatically signs off is literally the worst customer service ive ever experienced. This is now over a week and I've gone there three twice, talked to a delivery person and called the number they told me to dial. If this was amazon, my issues would of been resolved in 24 hours. I just want the mail im expecting, not the junk mail, thanks.

This is absolutely the fastest, friendliest, nicest post office I've been in many years. The staff is wonderful in the service is great.
