Fast and seemingly experienced staff. I was especially impressed with Allison’s professionalism and the fact she was smiling the entire time. When I dropped off the lady in front of me also made mention of great customer service and that she’d be back with more business next month.

As a EC member I was pushed around for my holiday rental which was made in September my car was given away before I arrived for timed pick up I was told I would have to wait for a call for any returning cars and that never happened the phone call I mean my husband has been a member for many years then I joined I never had issues and never left a review but this holiday passed was was supposed to see my daughter who is in the US Navy and she was to be in Jacksonville for one day and I missed it all because I had to now wait whatever they had available and it did not fit all my family so some were left. I not sure if they read this things but i a very unhappy

The car was so clean. Even though they were very busy, they took the time, (which wasn’t very long),to do a thorough cleaning of the vehicle. They even left little wipes. My husband got a rental from somewhere else and it was filthy The people who work here are terrific!

This was the worst car rental experience I have had - ever. As an Emerald Aisle customer for many years, this experience rated 0 on making the reservation, car pickup, and car return. Every single agent along the way in this experience said there was nothing they could do about it and transferred all blame to National for all of the poor service. Due to this, I cancelled my trip, turned the car back in the following day and reset my plans with a rental from a competing car rental company. I attempted to leave 0 stars, but that wasn't a valid response.

Not helpful at all. Car I rented for my family trip wasn’t ready for me to pick up, have to wait over an hour for them to clean it. When they finally gave it to me it still wasn’t clean, had kids markers and candy in the backseat. When I returned the car I accidentally left my SunPass, when I called the next day they told me they couldn’t find it and was not helpful about finding it either.

I rented a midsize vehicle from this location. I waited in line for about 20 mins. Another customer came in behind me who the representatives apparently knew. The rep was so eager to assist this customer that he rushed me without telling me what car they assigned me or how long it would be before I get the car. They upgraded the customer behind me to get him out sooner. When I asked if my car was ready too the rep replied in a rude tone that it's being washed and the other customer reserved a car that was bigger and because I rented a midsize car I have to wait. I waited another 15 mins, he returned and asked me if I felt I was rude to him and I replied yes. He then told me that he wasn't and that I had only been waiting for 2 mins and as a result although my car was ready he refused to rent to me. His manager was present and although was unaware of what took place she has to honor his decision. When I asked her for the name of her manager she said they don't give out that information. I'm an emerald member and rent frequently from National. It is clear that this specific location needs a complete overhaul of thier leadership. The employees are rude and lack basic customer service skills. The location is also dirty, the waiting area looks like an old mechanic station. Completely unprofessional! If I could do a zero star rating I would. Don't waste your time and energy renting in this location.

We reserved a premium SUV, like a Suburban or Expedition max to transport 8 people and luggage, and when we arrived, they said that they don't have the vehicle just as 2 Expeditions leave the lot (that's important for later). We sit there for 2 hours while trying to find another place with a vehicle. The lady "helping" us didn't give any solutions to our problem other than telling us to go to the Fort Lauderdale airport and rent two sedans. We ended up getting two Lyfts to the airport, which came out of our pocket. And on our way to the airport, we saw one of the Ford Expeditions that they just rented out sitting in the middle lane not even a quarter mile up the road. Point of the story: Don't get a car from this National location. Go to the one a couple miles south or the airport location.

I would never rent another vehicle here, i rented a pick up truck there 9/25/18 they gave me a vehicle with expired license plates, I got pulled over in Atlanta ga and the officer gave me a warning and told me call the rental company, i did just that, they told me go to Atlanta airport and change the vehicle out, when I reached Atlanta they had no vehicles in stock at the time, after about a hour they gave me a pick up truck from there sister company enterprise, I returned the truck to sunny isles branch and was later charged 4608.63 for returning the wrong vehicle to the sunny Isles Branch, they put me on a block list, it took for me to travel back to sunny isles branch to so call get this fixed. After 2 months of fighting, now they say there just going to charge me $20.00 extra a day for changing the vehicle. I’m a platinum member with enterprise and national, that lets you know how much I use rental services, I have never been robbed like this before, there new management there sucks, the new store manager is out for blood, he lied to an old lady that came at 504 pm to return her car, he told her she would have to be charged another day because the computers where down already and he couldn’t check it in until the next day. When he was clearly still using the computer to rob me. He is a thief and a lair.

Called to set up a reservation on October 5, 2018, asked if they had cars and they lied and said yes to get me in the branch. Get to the branch and they have no cars except for an older Volvo truck. The representative said it was an exotic car and would be twice as much as the reservation I made. My 2018 Lexus at home drives better than that. Since when is a Volvo exotic? Asked me to come back the next day. I was only in town for the weekend to see family. I'm not wasting time here. Nope. Thank god for Uber! Saved $400!

Rented a car on Dec 26th. The crew was one of the best I have seen in any customer facing environment. Cool, calm and smiling under the most trying circumstances of heavy rush, long waits, customers with frayed nerves, constant ringing of the phone. John was stellar as were the 2 others. Amazing demeanor. National should clone this team :)
