Went here to purchase a new waist accessory in the pew pew section. Was a bit frustrating with the lack.of staff working the counter on a Saturday afternoon. It was super busy. Roger and Monty ended up helping me. They were sweet as can be. They were patient with me. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. Roger was just sweet. I made a mistake and her was really nice and didn't chastise me or say anything negative for that. Just said it was a common mistake. We joked and laughed throughout. Roger was a real ray of sunshine. I really appreciated their great customer service when talking about holsters. I'd be happy to come back and work with the. again.

Nice store. Clean, organized and really friendly staff. Staff in the fishing department answered all our questions and got us hooked up with everything we needed. Good prices and lots of options. Really enjoyed the aquarium and animal museum areas, too.

This was a cool store! Has everything you could possibly need or think of, outdoor related. I was surprised because I didn’t know they also have a mini aquarium and a whole room of life-like and life size animals to look at and read about!

Always have more stuff than I have $$ and a great animal history exhibit and fish tank. Had a broken fishing pole and they took care of me without a receipt, that's why I always shop here.

If you are going to see the taxidermy collection you wont be disappointed, if you are going expecting anything else you will be. This is the fast food version of an outdoorsman's store and better suited towards soccer moms, expect high price Chinese made gear and limited if non existent knowledgeable sales staff, even the used gun library section is a place with above fair market value firearms, mislabeled and misidentified. Fun place to go for sight seeing but not to purchase gear.

I always love visiting here, I love walking through the museums and the little aquarium. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially this last trip when I bought a big dog crate. Can't wait to visit again!

OMG! This place is amazing.. is store/entertaining center. If you like outdoor activities, this is tha place to find everything you need. They also have an aquarium and fishes are so big. We found all what I was looking for, highly recommended. Nice staff, clean and organized, plus great offers.

Great store. Loved everything about it from the welcome we received when we entered, to the darling gal at Customer Service who was originally from California, to everyone inside. Wish we lived closer. I would visit daily at least for the exercise because it’s huge!!! Plus our four legged furbabies were able to come with us.
