Alexa in the drive up dept is incredibly unpleasant when she brings out your groceries. Many times has she been the one bringing my stuff out and will NEVER ask where to put them, trunk/backseat. She just starts handing you your order either through the driver side or the passenger side seat. This is such an inconvenience since I use this pick up service for a bad neck injury I have. The fact that she thought it was ok to hand me very heavy items, like milks etc through the window so that I had to place them myself is unprofessional. She seems like she hates her job here?? Maybe find a new job Alexa if you hate it that much.

Disappointed in my trip to Walmart today, according to what they are doing now it is a self-checkout only. So anything that you go to buy that's marked down does not come up as mark down and God forbid of somebody's going to come and help you get it fixed. So I left everything on the register and told him goodbye I will not be back.

The customer service at this location was extraordinary, the store was extremely busy, yet the employees handled it with calm professional manners. The parking lot was clean and so were the bathrooms, which deserves praise in itself. I would drive out of my way to go to this location, the store employees should all receive a bonus raise for their professionalism.

I had originally purchased two of these laptops and upon opening one decided I did not want to keep the other one so I didn't open it. I took it back to this location to return it and although the code came up that it was not able to be returned, the staff had the management team helping with the transaction. When all the seven done I was able to get my refund without any issues. The store was definitely very clean and everyone there was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I can get my money back for the item I did not want to keep. Thank you walmart.
