8 Best grocery store in Glendale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

We absolutely love sprouts. Sprouts carries a lot of the organic items that other places don’t carry and the healthier items to use especially with shampoos, soaps, cleaners and much more. The deli makes fresh sandwiches and you can get a sandwich a water and a bag of chips for a very low price and everything is made fresh. Sprouts is also great if you’re in a pinch and need a quick dinner they have premade dinners to you can just grab and bring home and heat up and eat and they’re made fresh right in the store. The store is a typical WalMart, limited selection and many out of stocks. Regarding this specific store is the horrible condition of the carts. Spend some money and at the very least replace or repair the wheels. Also in looking for a hand carry basket I was informed that they only have 1 or 2. On a positive note the store is reasonably clean and well laid out. Employees are generally friendly if spoken to. ~Leean

Nice store but no BBQ pork buns my wife wanted. Shelf labeled for them had none, and no one seemed to know what I meant. Isles labeled wrong, still a nice place though. ~michael

Walmart was fine, except for the Snow Birds, from Idaho, Who pulled into the parking spot in front of me and jammed a shopping cart 🛒 between there Dodge Ram and my Car then walk away as if nothing happened. I did notice there license plate and what it said DON'T PUSH IT, I HAVE PMS AND A GUN! But the last laugh is mine because Walmart has video surveillance and it caught EVERYTHING. 3/31/2022 5:00-5:30 pm DON'T PUSH IT, I HAVE WISDOM, DON'T NEED A GUN. ~Gary

Great store that always seems to be organized for the most part when we visit. Sure there’s the times during seasonal changes or the few random aisles that kids might get to. But polite staff and a clean and organized store, great for a quick visit when you might forget something elsewhere or not looking to break the bank. ~Danny
