They have successfully lost and then sent back to sender at least packages in the past month. This is not Covid-related, they have been terrible always. I’ve lived here almost 30 years and this post office has the worst customer service, loses packages, and their substitute drivers will dump your mail in the snow. They should be closed down!

I ship 50 to 200 packages a day pre paid to be scanned the last 12 years, so I have a pretty good idea of how post offices flow and work or dont work. This is a small post office location. The post office has to budget for the volume so it has one or 2 workers at best due to volume. If there is a wait or line at this post office, it isnt the workers fault. The main worker there Willie is a solid veteran postal worker, he knows what he is doing. I specifically go to this post office at least 2 times a week to work with Willie and he is a main reason I stay with the Postal Service with my thousands of packages over another carrier.

The situation is still the same at this post office. Why won’t they fire the woman who works there and was mentioned in MANY bad reviews. I am so happy when the gentleman is working there. He is so kind. MAKE HIME PERMANENT!

I went to the post office today to mail packages. I walked in and there was no one there. Finally this African American lady walks in and I gave her my packages. I told her I have to take pictures of the packages once she places the stamps on it. She places the stamps on my package and whiles I was stepping aside to take the pictures she yells at me saying you can't take the packages anywhere to take pictures. First of all when she approached me there was no hello or nothing. After the transaction I asked her for my receipt and she says I gave it to you. I said if you gave me my receipt why would I ask for it? She said well the transaction is done so I don't know what to tell you. My problem is why does she have a job when she this rude and ignorant to consumers? We pay her bills. There so many complaints about her and USPS isn't doing anything about it. Check her reviews. Fire her or let her work at the back. She is not people's person. Everyone has problems so I don't care if you don't desire to be there. You can't put lipstick on a pig!

I personally had no problems here. I was lucky to not receive the rude lady as mentioned in the previous reviews. It was a stocked, clean post office and the person working there was very nice. I had no issues with the shipping process here as well.

The previous review, and the multiple reviews about the rude woman who works here are completely right! How does she still have a job?! Just meeting her in conversation is completely unpleasant. She must stay angry at all moments. Trying to ask a question or clarify information from her feels uncomfortable. I am amazed. I went to this post office about 4 years ago and had a very pleasant experience with the people that work there. It's sad how things have changed.

My experience isnt a pleasant one..I was there to mail a document to IRS..there is talk black lady, she has very negative customer service. My negative experience with her wasnt once but twice. I spoke to a resident friend in the neighborhood and she confirmed what I experience and was so specific pointing at this same tall black fat lady over there. I will only go there when there isnt any other post office..it pays to be customer friendly.

That big tall African American lady should be fired immidiately. I sent an item back and the box got there but the item were missing.She is always rude and never smiles.

Worst customer service ever. I go all the time for work. The lady behind the counter is horrible. They are super slow & always have attitudes. A zero score is more accurate.
