Morning drive through line is always a 5-10 minute wait on your food and 90% of the time they bring it out cold or incorrect. And this has been mornings of trying to see if they will get it together

Disappointed that there was a sign outside saying the indoor playground was open, but it actually wasn't. Hard to explain that to an excited two year old after you are already in the store.

Had to repeat order 3 times at drive thru asked to see my order on the board was shown other lane instead. Got to window to pay and was missing hamburger which took my order up 3.00 seems expensive for a small hamburger. Got to window had frappe wrong flavor got home and one order of fries missing. Worse experience I have ever had. And I have been going to this mcdonalds for over 30 years

Soup Dumplings. They are the best. Cannot compare with anywhere near me. Spicy Wonton and Pickled Cucumbers are good too.

Seriously burnt breakfast. This is why I like to check my Order before driving away. This is what you get if you don’t. The drive thru experience was okay but the food 😒

The staff here work super hard and accurately. BUT. Management keeps making employees stand outside by the drive thru lane to take orders. I asked if this was because of problem with the intercom but was told no. They have no shade, and no chairs outside or at the cashier window. Stop making them do this. While you’re at it, provide them their own N95 masks, paid time off for vaccines if they need it, a living wage and full health benefits.

I ordered two things. A dr.pepper and a mcdouble and they gave me a mix of what I believe is iced tea and Diet Coke along with a mcdouble that has a rock solid stale bun worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to
