Truly would like to thank Alex for above and beyond customer service in helping me return an Amazon mattress topper I was having difficulty re-packing. Other UPS Store locations like Olney, MD were not friendly or helpful at all! I would recommend this location on Muncastet Mill Road at Redland Road over all others in the area with Alex being top notch in customer service and care!

Horrible store in all honesty they are very bad to other members in there staff. The manager allows them to be very brutal to team members that may lack the capacity or the knowledge of gaining self gratification through the expense of others that are less fortunate will never go to that store again.

In at 9:40am on a Tuesday, dropped off ship-back, less than one minute out with receipt. Friendly courteous service - the customer service center of UPS on Gaither Rd. doesn’t open until noon (post COVID)! Go here!

I went last Saturday afternoon an hour before closing fully expecting chaos, but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Even though the two employees were busy, they were super friendly and helpful.

Stopped by to drop off an Amazon return. Greeted right away by Robert. Friendly and professional! Got a receipt for my return, and it was excepted by Amazon right away! Store was clean and organized. Easy to get to with plenty of parking in the shipping center. I'll be using this location more often!

The convenience of this location is lost on unnecessary fees that every franchise doesnt have. I guess fees are based on owners choice.There are additional fees at this franchise that arent at other.

Exceptionally bad practices and exploitative fees. They charge you almost $3 just to open an email, even when their self serve kiosk is down. Was hoping to making this a regular office as I work close to here but I'll continue giving business to the customer friendly location near me.
