My package is still missing from this place. They marked it as delivered we but no one ever came. I have a door camera! Claims has been trying to get in contact with them and no one is answering.



My packages are constantly delayed. Usually it's due to issues somewhere in Tennessee, but twice now, the driver has lied and marked my package as "attempted to deliver" without even trying. I can see my street from my office, and it's residential. If a FedEx truck drove by, I would hear it, I always do. The driver hasn't even been in my neighborhood today, or the last time this happened, they're just marking packages as "unable to deliver" so they can finish their route and get off work early. This time, I took Friday off for the delivery because it's a live fish. The package was delayed in Tennessee and stuck over the weekend, so I took today off too, and the driver lied about attempting to deliver, so now I have to drive 20 miles each way in DC rush hour traffic and pray that my fish isn't dead from their mishandling.



The drivers act like they are attempting to deliver your package but they don't even show.. And I can prove in on video. Whoever's the manager at this branch needs to find another job to tighten up because he or she are obviously not monitoring the drivers. I feel like they just drive around the city going to the movies and pretend to make deliveries. I've never had a problem with Amazon nor UPS. And the funny part is that this isn't the first time. It's actually the 4th. Fedex = "attempted delivery".. It's like an guaranteed at this point. I can't speak for all Fedex's but this branch is the worse.



The staff was very helpful in helping me with my first package delivery. Showed me where boxes were and were to find forms to fill them out. Very friendly and took there time to help everyone there



I went here to pick up my package and the lady that helped me was great. She went to the back and returned with my package in about a minute. The whole process from the time I stepped to the counter to me walking out with my package was less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received at this location.



Sitting in the parking lot of this place right now after spending about 25 minutes inside. I’m trying to make a return from a major retailer who partners with fedex. I received two QR codes to scan at any fees dropoff location. I tried Walgreens first and they couldn’t get the system to work which they said was common. Ok, I come directly to a fedex ship center and they have the same issue. Can’t open their own generated QR code. I show them the shipping label, turns out per their employees that they were “hacked” and can’t use that label or print it for me. Told me the best option was to go to another location (Fedex ship and office or something) where they could print. Not really sure what the purpose of this location is.



One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mailing service!Ordered a high price item with 2-Day SHIPPING that was shipped on Monday and supposed to be delivered on Wednesday March 16th,it is now Friday March 18th and I and still have not received my package. When tracking updated Wednesday night it said it was on the truck to be delivered next day by 12 pm…NOTHING arrived that day(Thursday)! Why was my package not delivered and why is it now saying No scheduled delivery date available at this time?!?! I’ve called twice today, and no one was able to give me a proper update,so frustrating. I was supposed to receive a return call with an update on my package and I haven’t received any call. Very unreliable and I would avoid using this service in the future.



NEVER use this facility. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrid customer service, drivers lie about attempting deliveries, does not call back when promised a solution. I submitted several complaints and reports of false deliveries and scans and nothing happened. Will NEVER use them again.



Driver lied about attempted delivery. Went into this location and staff was just extremely rude and don’t care. The Manager kept me waiting for so long and refused to come out to resolve an issue. Staffs here are lazy, extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lack good customer service and don’t care and have this feelings like what are you gonna do



Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mail service. Ordered a high price item with 2-Day EXPRESS SHIPPING on a Tuesday, and still have not received my package as of Saturday. They received my package at 10am, WHEN THEY OPENED, and STILL did not deliver my package, even though it’s an express shipment. FedEx is THE WORST delivery service out there. If you can avoid them, do so at all costs.
