I had know idea how many services this store provides. This store is an one stop shop. They can download, print and notarize. An excellent option for Senior citizens. We can't run here and there as in our younger years. The staff was friendly, genuine and courteous. They can also shred important papers for you. I had accumulated 17 lbs I really can't say enough about this store. If you visit this store, it will serve you well.

Went in to return a package.The lady said I had to pay.Ok that's fine.She said because it's open. I said I opened plenty of packages and returned With no problem.She said with who. Because I'm the manager.I don't know why that mattered.I didn't care what her position was.Just wanted information about my package. Than she said it's $19 okkkk. Than she go it's to large. Probably weights 3lbs if that. I will go to 153 in powersville they're so nice.

I have been waiting on a refund for a lost package that I dropped off on December 8th, 2021, it was brand new Fax/Copier/Scanner, every time I call they simply say, we are still waiting on a check for you. It has been over 2 months, it should never take this long for a refund.

The extra star is just for the people that work there. Good folks. But the line is always stupid long and the hours are very inconvenient. I will stop here when I have to, but that's it.

Sadly they have nice people, but the wait is WAY too long every single time you walk in. People don’t have 15-20 min just to send a package, return Amazon or make a copy!

I went in their to have two insurance policies copied and faxed. Seemed like an easy job o do BUT the young lady in there couldn't seem to understand! She took the 48 yr old policies apart tearing the tops of them and rearranged the papers! I walked out of the store without having the whole policies returned to me... Not good customer service at all!

This place has the best customer service around! The manager Lisa is Amazing! So friendly, and professional. The wait times can be a little long but TOTALLY understandable with everyone shipping out items due to covid reasons. The wait times at the post office are DEFINITELY longer than the short wait time I experienced, and I go to this location a few times a week. The customer service is definitely worth the wait time!

Very rude staff. Refused to provide me a receipt for my shipment. When I told her that other UPS Stores do, her exact words were “well, we don’t.” So I kept my package and took it to another UPS Store and shipped it. Will never come back here.
