They don't take a bunch of stuff like clothes and kids roys. Won't take loose items. Employees are rude.

It was nice and clean. It was not a lot of people there during this time. It was nice and spacious with all the covid-19 protocols. Also the staff was nice too

Very clean, organized, and well kept. The employees are very helpful, nice, and go above and beyond. Items in the store although they are used are still in good shape and of good quality. A lot of new things not even opened and with tags on them. They have a lot of good clothing, shoes, home decor, kitchen items, toys, and many other things. The prices of the items are very low and affordable. I'm definitely shopping here again.

Don't waste your time coming here. Even if you show 5 to 10 minutes early for donations which is not listed anywhere as 11:00 a.m. when they start to collect. They will refuse you and either tell you to wait or won't be flexible. Just go to the Vacaville Goodwill location as they have their bins out front and you can just help yourself to putting your items that you want to donate into the bins. No fuss no strict time, they are much more flexible and give you much better customer service. I highly suggest the Vacaville location over the Fairfield location any day.

Goodwill Fairfield: It's easy to donate at Goodwill after a long time, provided separate bins at the backside of store.( More or less like drive thru, Donated ( 2 bags of gentle used shoes ,kids books/puzzles etc). Thank you for making the "job easy" .

Great place, good people, fantastic customer service, what's not to love? Both Fairfield and Vacaville are great stores. You have to shop both to get the best deals. The Cordelia store shouldn't be missed either! Almost forgot about them, near Safeway.

They are always friendly and take the time to let you know what is going on. Very courteous. If they have customers ahead of you they take the time to let you know that your business transaction is important and they work efficiently to get the job done.

This used to be a fun place to visit for some neat treasures and finds. I didn't shop anywhere much this year due to Covid-19 concerns. My recent visit was met with some ridiculously high price tags on a lot of miscellaneous items. I didn't purchase things that I would have purchased months ago at better prices there. I am not sure I will be going back to buy second hand items that I could buy new for just SLIGHTLY more money.

To many Assistance Manager running the store. They often disagree with one another in front of customer's . There is one lady manager who could learn techniques in demonstrating kindness towards customers, including offering a soft smile every now and then.
