This location was understaffed, just one very rude employee working that was snapping at the customers bringing in donations.

I went to the Goodwill drop off location on sunrise and got turned away because it was 3:05 and they stopped taking donations at 3:00. I had nine boxes of clothing. There's no way I was going to offload them at home again and then I remembered about this location. They're open till 6:00 p.m. Fast, convenient and friendly!

They are overwhelmed with donations cause most donation centers are closed. The lady was super nice. The donations were honestly taller than her! Super sweet tho

I have been trying to find somewhere to drop off the increasing pile of stuff at home that could help someone, but all the Goodwill places (weird local non profit monopoly going on in Sacramento...) are closed, except this one! The guy here is the only one taking the risk and coming in to work to receive donations day after day. My hat's off to you, fella!

Absolutely rude little older woman. I came to drop off this morning and she says ‘what do you have’ (I didn’t think it mattered??). I asked it she had a cart and she says no we were slammed. So I asked, do you want me bring it in for you ? She said I don’t know where to put it. I put my two grocery sized bags in the nearest bin and left. If you can’t handle a job taking free things for reselling, maybe you should get a different job more suited to your attitude. (No customer service skills required)
