Costco pharmacy Roseville off standford ranch is one hell of a pharmacy. I have 4 prescriptions monthly not to mention the rest of my family. They always have my meds in stock. Always fill it as soon as possible. Never give me the run around. Always quick to contact my doctor if last refill. Very courteous on the on the phone and in person. Zero judgements or snooty comments. Always very helpful and work with you to get your medicine in hand and on with your day. I have worked with all members (as a customer) of the pharmacy and can tell you this there is not a single incompetent person working there. They know they job and business and do it well. They don’t complain show attitude and understand that medicine is important to people so never complain about checking on status of refills. They always are on point with dates of pickup and always recognize you which is a nice touch on their part that they pull your meds before your even to the counter if they see you in line. All of the employees here from the pharmacists to the cashiers to the pharmacy technicians are on point and so their jobs so well. Thank you. (Side note it does get crowded the line does but if you wait the line moves fast) Bravo ~Thom

I had tried to highlight mote own hair at home. I liked the brightness in light but it had lots of orange I used foils so I had depth not to my root. But I tried again to lighten my whole head to go brighter bad news! I was bright yellow n toner didn’t take. I added a mushroom blonde it was nice color more light brown blonde but from scalp to end zero depth. It aged me n was not appealing. So I called jc penny salon Roseville. They took me in almost immediately but I can see their concern. The supervisor Whisper asked what I hate most about it? I explained scalp to mid no depth . She got me instantly and began to guide my stylist all the way through. The conditioning service was also great greatest head message ever! And my hair had darker lo tones again near my upper triangle n around my face. I couldn’t believe what they accomplished. whisper gets coloring the science the process and styles like angling vial age and she explained and became excited seeing the processing take place as they worked it! Had the best help tonight at nearly closing!! The lady who took the grapes back into the freezer she was kind enough to grab me 4 different types. Including the new muscato which are amazing !! I’ve ordered 3 times with the Foithill location. Each time there was a problem with my order. I didn’t complain until this 3rd mess up. The manager was NO help. She basically made excuses for their mistakes, accepting NO responsibility. My orders are never complicated. I ask for extra cheese and I topping. The cheese was non existent all three times, yet they didn’t hesitate to charge me, of course. The inept order filling, and the lack lustre attitude from the manager was disappointing. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again, and encourage everyone to buy elsewhere. Sad. Not to mention the type of crust I ordered was wrong each time as well. Not cool. ~Cina
