Always enjoy coming here even if i dont need anything. I can never find anything i can settle on. Not their fault im just indecisive. Greeted upon entering and had fun with one of the gals working there. Checker was polite. Good experience overall

Store had several dogs in the store, their sign says pet friendly. This is not a place for dogs. I will never come back, very dirty floors.

IF possIible I would have given 0 star.I have shopped at different joann stores but I have alwasy felt ignored ( It do look hispanic) When I ask help they are not friendly. Seems like company culture. Now I have 4 different charges on my credit card which I have 0 purchase. Joanne.com refuses my checkout yet still charge my card twice each time. The credit card company can not deny the charges unless it is cleared however joanne is not clearing becuase they did not complete my checkout. I have over $ 200 charges for 30 days. They keep blaming my credit card company....yet JOANN IS THE WRONG DOING ONE HERE. the newest issue with a store credit card I have. I get "System can not recognize " error but the card is a week old and I have not used it. It does have money. I dont like to use strong words but I despise Joann.

Great prices, awesome deals, not the highest quality in certain finer art supplies, but the cheap steals you can find here in other areas more than make up for it. Wishing they stocked some Kalinsky Sable brushes but they don't.

I love Joann"s for most of my crafting and sewing needs. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially with helping apply mobile app coupons. My only critiques are that many items are not priced, and the store is often in disarray.

There is no significant signage to tell customers waiting to have fabric measured that they must take a number for service. I waited ten mins in line before I saw the ticket dispenser. As I had been waiting for a half hour for service, I relieved my back pain by leaning on the customer counter. A clerk, without a mask, for the record, told me quite rudely to step away from the counter because “we are all still practicing social distancing here.” I was wearing a mask. Another customer came to my defense and pointed out that I was still six feet away from anyone whether I stood at the counter or not. So, it’s nice to know that kindness is still out there, but don’t expect it from everyone at the fabric center.

I've never been here before until now but I love it! Tons of selection for fabrics, arts, and crafts. I bought a six yard teal faux suede leather piece for tabletop gaming and love it. The staff is very patient and seems knowledgeable. I would recommend and come back here again (download the app and check online for discounts as well).
