Nice spacious store. Good background music. Lots of interesting items. But there are no electronic contactless payments. Are you seriously? I was unable to use Apple Pay. We live in an age of advanced technologies and perhaps soon we will start using them 🤣

I came to look for feathers. It took me a while to find someone to help me. I finally found someone in an aisle and asked for assistance locating feathers. It seemed she had just stuffed a snack or something in her mouth because she quickly chewed and swallowed prior to pointing and told me it was a few aisles down. So I'm still going up and down the aisles looking for these feathers. I guess her co-worker had overheard and came to find me and asked if I was the one looking for feathers. She walked me over to the aisle and to the section with the feathers. So, horrible customer service from first gal, customer service redeemed with the second gal.

The manager in duty there at the front of thr store (African American woman), didn't get her name, but she was there the night before Mothers Day right before closing hours around 7pm and she was such a big help to me. I needed lettering for Mothers Day and they ran out of the letters I was looking for but found some.better letters and they were on Sale. She was so helpful. I wish I had gotten her name but she was really sweet. Thank you

I’ve been to this location for my baker goody good stuff…now living closer here this is my local Hobby Lobby …I had not though of writing a review because I hadn’t really interacted with any of the staff..well just that basic hello and thank you, but this past Saturday I happened to notice their sale of a few wall decor I liked very much…my interaction with Raymond just a few questions about the sale…yet when I couldn’t reach something up so high of my reach..he was quickly there to assist me…I laughed and not bring a shopping cart since I had only came in for packaging of my baking items …Raymond again was absolutely so courteous to go and get me a shopping cart to easily make me able to take my items…not many people do that now a days, I’ve been to stores where the workers tell you where the shopping carts are…or also tell you that they don’t work in that department and they will call someone over to assist you and you’re waiting and waiting sometimes for a long time which maybe causes you to just forget and not want the items…I want to thank Raymond for his over and beyond customer service to me …keep up the awesome work and assistance in wanting your customers to return to this store! I made my purchase and asked about Raymond and I was told he was the manager 🙌💯… they’re you have it!! Being a former manager myself and realizing that when someone likes the their job…they will go out of their way to keep a satisfied customer and put a smile on their face!! I also want to thank my cashier Beverly who made it really pleasant to chat about what I was going to bake and the chocolate covered candy rocks I was adding to my cake decor…Thank you too for assuring that the items I was purchasing wouldn’t get damaged in the cart and going that extra mile in packing or paper wrapping my frame and separating my cake boxes so they wouldn’t slide out of the side of the shopping cart 😉💯🙌…as I tell everyone I review on…if it’s worth it people need to know…I will return to my local Hobby Lobby🌻Gracias,“Nena”

I went to hobby lobby looking for answers how to build this dollhouse the lady was so nice she actually took my phone and got up on a ladder and took pictures of it she was so amazingly nice they help me out every time I go there I am disabled and they accommodate me anyway possible here are the pictures

I like to buy sweatshirts and t-shirts here as they have a large stock of generic Gildan, and Comfort Colors brand in a decent selection of colors. For Gildan, pretty much they have red, white, black, navy, grey. In Comfort Colors they have a good selection of the colors. Prices are always 30% off retail for those items also, which is nice. One area they kind of lack is supplies for machine embroidery and Cricut. They mostly have their own name brand stuff for these supplies and it’s ok but sometimes I just prefer the brand name. Also, I was looking for chocolate fountain meltable chocolates and they only had their own brand but it was not as good as the brand I can get at Michaels. Overall, it’s nice to have this as an option to Michaels and Joanns.

I was greeted with a smile 😁 and a warm welcome to Hobby lobby. This store is neatly arranged. The associates are helpful. I found what I was looking for on sale. This store has so many great deals going.

This place has everything you need and even more. From flowers to card sleeves, coin folder, garage stuff for men and also all the needed accessories for the kitchen and cooking, bakery, they have it, for the kids room, they have it. Customer service ir awesome and clean bathroom, not to mention the enormous parking space and centric location.
