Terrible customer service, I bought an Apple SE phone and wanted to replace the iPhone 13 for two days, they told me that the Apple SE could be returned, so I went through the return of the phone and bought the new iPhone 13. They asked me to courier the phone back by myself. I thought I would get a refund if I bought a new phone and returned the old one. Two weeks later I received my returned phone, went to the store and was told it was non-returnable, and now I'm forced to buy a phone and have to pay the phone bill. Oh my god! How can I come across such a company.

With over 20 ppl on the check-in list, they only have 2 employees working the counters. While multiple other employees are seen standing around and coming in and out of the back. Definitely could have opened up more counters to help move things along. Waited almost an hour to be seen.

My review is partially going to this place. Mostly to Spectrum. Their internet service is on and off and can't count how many times my nephew was on the phone with support. Another provider finally came into the area with good internet. So we had to return Spectrums equipment. Two TV boxes and one modem... Instead of waiting in the long line. We shipped it back with UPS. Package might got lost, because they didn't received the items. Pretty much no one knows what happened. We tried to call but pretty much they just keep asking for it. On addition for a router too now. We tried to wait and see if they get the package but they sent out like a collection. Definitely how you do business... taking all that money for low quality service, because on and off Internet could be annoying. Especially when we use it to work. Would not recommend this provider, expensive for the quality. Sorry,

What is this place?!! We kept waiting for 40 MINS just to return their internet equipment! AWFUL experience. Ship their equipment or spectrum should come and pick their own equipment up. Wish I could rate in negative! SLOTHS!

1 Star = Parking 1 Star = Location BE WARNED: This place is SUPER BUSY and staff are SUPER SLOW. Even with an appt you'll be waiting for what seems like forever. I got tired of waiting to simply just drop off old equipment and decided to mail it all in instead. I hold down 3 different jobs so my free time is extremely limited and PRECIOUS to me. I'm not wasting it at places I consider inefficient, and inconsiderate of their customers' time and money ('cuz their services ain't cheap, that's for sure).

Horrible customer service! I have been waiting 45 minutes just to return equipment and get a receipt. First of all, with 12 customers on the waiting list there were only 3 Spectrum Associates assisting customers. Two associates, two young ladies, were playing around laughing and talking about shopping with a customer, completely ignoring the obvious frustration of the other customers waiting. Bad service!

Very poor service, employees all seem to not have a sense of urgency from starting with the mgr on duty! All I needed was to make a payment but for some reason the two stores I’ve been to have the kiosk screens taped off, why? No need to wait

Good experience overall. Liked the system to register when arrive and take turn, good system. Didn't like that from 5 representative, suddenly there were only 2 and waiting time increased. Other that that, could it be faster and better service. Big parking spaces.

The wait times here are insane! I’m just trying to drop off old equipment and it’s going to be an hour wait. What a joke. The service was spotty while I had it anyway. I’m happy to switch to frontier. I get gigabit internet for $75 a month with free equipment rather than the 400/20 I got with spectrum for $60 Edit: my interaction took less than 60 seconds to complete and I had to wait an hour just to do that. Thanks a lot, not coming back.

Here’s a suggestion for greater efficiency at this location and probably every other. I came into the store and could see that many other came in for the same reason, to exchange nonworking equipment such as a modem or remote. Everyone who came in had to sign in and wait in-line to be called, while there were three staff members working in this location. Why wouldn’t there be one employee strictly for equipment exchanges so that you can get people through more quickly and efficiently?! I was number 15, waiting behind people who were there for two hours dealing with phone service swaps etc. The issue of people standing in-line endlessly would be immediately resolved if they had one line strictly for equipment exchanges.
