Little Caesars promises that their pizzas will be both HOT and READY. Unfortunately at this location, the pizzas were only the former. I had to wait TEN godforsaken minutes for LITTLE CAESARS hot and READY pizza, not to mention being forced to listen in on some lady’s extremely descriptive conversation about her experience dealing with vomiting during a particularly excruciating episode of food poisoning. They should change the slogan of this particular location from “Hot and Ready” to “Hot and NOT ready.” Not happy about the wait, this pizza was good, however, that I cannot take away from it.

It's my second Time here and I love ❤️ the service here . I had ordered cheese 🧀 bread 🍞 sticks and they gave me the regular ones came back told her I wanted the cheese not the plain she politely let me have the ones that I had first and Gave me new ones with cheese at no charge. I love ❤️ it

"Hot and readys" weren't ready. Had to wait 20 minutes in a lobby that was uncomfortably warm.

Yeah, it's great pizza. Get the app, order and it's ready for pickup in a heated locker.

Did an app order for 2 cheese pizzas and crazy bread (they wouldn't take in person orders). It was missing an entire pizza at pickup. The manager (?) did give me a replacement cheese (also labeled with someone else's name) but it actually had meat so I had to take it back. They used to be quick and accurate, not so much anymore.

Blah! Ordered a custom pizza said it would be ready in 15. Came back in 15 it wasn't even made or in the oven yet. Also the lady making pizzas was touching LOTS of things like the cash register. And had no gloves or washed her hands. The door slammed every time some came in or out. They just ignored it. ZERO CARE ABOUT ANYTHING.

They make good pizza there! I had the same PIZZA PIZZA in my own neighborhood and it was disappointing. This place has good pizza and they even cool to order. I saw them taking out a pizza to ask the customer if it was cooked enough for them.

The pizza here is usually pretty good. But one important thing to note. Order it ahead of time, or you get someone's sloppy seconds. Doesn't even taste like the same pizza. Another thing to note, once it sits out for a few hours it develops the sloppy seconds-style taste. Heating it up for a few minutes in the oven later can partially help with this issue. But overall, great Little Ceasars . Best one around here. They do get stingy with their toppings though, so it helps to let them know you want "a little bit more, then the usual", if you say you want extra. They will charge you for it.

Very very awful place. I went in Feb 21,2022 for a pepperoni pizza for my family to enjoy and ended up getting the most hardest cheese pizza (not even the correct order) i have ever eaten. It was kind of convenient at the time coming from the 405 freeway. The pizza was so old and hard to the point that my jaw would get so sore from eating the very first bite. Saddest part is that I live in front of Redondo Beach pier and I wasn't wanting to drive back to the location (which is 15-20 minute drive) to get an exchange pizza. HONESTLY NOT WORTH MY TIME AND GAS MONEY TO GO BACK . I wouldn't recommend eating in this location, better off spending the extra money to papa John's pizza or even pizza hut!!!

Worst little Caesar's ever!! Not the first time I be had problems here but it's the closest to my house and I have 3 young children and when they want pizza they don't want to wait. Tried to call in an order toning for 15 minutes and then just walked in. Called right be for I walked in and witnessed Moises look at the phone number then pushed the mute button, when I asked why they don't answer the phone the cashier said they gst busy Saturday night, my wife took a pic of me while I was in there and it was empty, 7 people working just playing around, seems like a good place for teenagers to get a job and just mess around all the time. The manager got off shift and when asked her name they think it was vanessa, she only works there one in a while supposedly. If the manager is a lazy ass then of course the other employees will be also. This is the straw that broke the camel's back!!!! I hope this makes it to the franchise owner so he/she can see how well the staff really is. YOU want to make money rite?? Also out of wings, how do you make profits if you cannot order accordingly "knowing you are busy on saturday"Well I will be driving the extra miles in the future. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
