Super overpriced, and everything was extra. Ordered wings and they did NOT come with any dipping sauce. If you wanted any you had to pay. I asked for chili flake and parmesan cheese and yes you guessed it you had to par for that as well. Stay away from this place unless you want to over pay for under par service and mediocre food.

They charge an unannounced "service fee" of about 8% which they claim is because of the cost of doing business in California. I call bs. If you want to raise the price, do so honestly, not as a political statement.

WOW! We just got told off by the manager Karina who also locked us out of the restaurant when we came back in to take a photo! SMH. They were so rude before we could even approach the counter, the cashier shouted, "We are closed for DINE IN!". Then when I asked why there was no sign, nor did it state that the dining room closes at 9p, I asked if they could accommodate us since we drove so far. She agreed but then she over charged us for everything we ordered saying those were fine in prices and she shouted if you want the regular price you can get it and go she was so rude. I have never been treated so poorly . It was late and the kids were hungry but we decided to take our business elsewhere because we were afraid to get , "The Special".

Pizza was missing toppings, the topping that was there were cold, pizza undercooked, slimy and heavy. Pizza at this location is terrible. Sloppy pizzas. Go to the one on Rosecrans if you want the real deal. The one I went to was on Artesia and Van Ness.. I’ll never return..This place is a mess.

Is there a hidden option where they actually put extra pepperoni when asked? I feel the last few times I ordered, only one pepperoni pizza has actual extra pepperoni. Am I not tipping enough on top of the service fee and tax? I'll be your best customer if you treat me right, let's work together here please. All I want is extra pepperoni when I ask for it. I don't know if it's management, but to anyone who holds back that pepperoni we love so dear - I hope your check engine light starts flashing.

The young man who took my order on June 5, 2022 at the Artesia location was quite kind and professional. My pizzas are always freshly baked and tasty from here. My daughter and I pass by our community Pizza Hut to go out of our way to order from this location. To us, it's the best. So koodoos to all of the associates who work at the Artesia location.

Monday night trying to order a simple pizza and the person who was the phone called was being a little too much... end of the story with a bad help just cancelled the order... check it out your costumer assistant and make them talk to the clients nicely and following the rules.

One of the last Pizza Huts to dine in in Southern California, one of the worst places to eat Pizza in Southern California. This is a childhood restaurant I’ve been going all my life and am sad it has turned into the shell it once was. I continue to go for the nostalgia. The inventory is terrible: the fountain drink machine is ALWAYS broken. They are running out of bottled drinks. The employees have no shame offering these shoddy options. If you ask for a fork for a take out order they question you to make sure you done dine in. There is an employee who always seems to split hairs with you over dine in versus carry out and when someone after me decided to ask for a fork and wanted to eat in for hit take out order this employee wanted to change his order to dine in and charge extra! The 3 lacking starts account for their lack of service and inventory.

If I would’ve known Pizza Hut discontinued the ultimate cheesy crust pizza , I would've went to the location on Rosecrans and Normandie.Stuffed crust is not the same thing but that’s what they gave me without notifying me.They could’ve at least put the butter garlic on the crust like I requested. The slices weren’t cut evenly at all and they were also skimpy with the cheese and chicken .wont ever come back to this location.

Let’s get technical the pizza is good but the presentation when you open the box the pizza is all over the place the toppings weren’t even spaced out to give even portions per slice and Way too much marinara not enough cheese in my opinion other than that when we visited this location first impression it was a nice open space I loved the arcade and the dining room area seems semi-clean and we were greeted once we came in but again with the pizzas being experienced making the pizza it’s all about the quality of the pizza and the presentation from what I know and it was not presented nicely and they can work on how they portion things out and how they leave the toppings so it’s evenly placed per slice oh and PS the crust was still a bit undercooked and I had to put it in the oven
