Store people are quite helpful and quick in serving however there was one women who is very lazy to even give the ready Pizza. She took more than 8mins to take an order on phone call 😂 This Dominos store always surprises me with the worst Pizza. Not sure why the employees are not well trained. I have tried the pizza at other locations in Torrance and they do it really good. I will never prefer this store here on

Canceled my carry out order because it was half less on online order. Guy didn't want to assist and when he did he didn't return the rest of my money on gift card. He probably doesn't know how to fix it and got frustrated. Just gave me $20 back. Still did not fix my order.

It seems to have improved. They must have hired some help because when I was there before the orders were backed up and people were waiting for their food for awhile.

Usually my favorite pizza place...not this time. Both pizzas were burned. I called to tell them this. Brian/Bryan? answered and straight up called me a liar! Said he cut them and as they were thin crust, they were supposed to be crispy. Crispy? Yes. Black? No! Had to throw away 2 pizzas. Worst customer service experience ever.

I am usually not the one to complain but I received a horrible experience from this store. I was given the wrong order and I called to complain. Adam picked up the call and he was very rude and condescending. I have been ordering from this store for years and I have never had to complain about a wrong order with the exception of today. The wrong order was prepared and instead of apologizing for the error I was treated in a horrible manner. To think that I was lying regarding receiving the wrong order is ridiculous.

Love the pizza ..well made and good pizza . Young kids work smart ..I'm happy youth is a great representation of hard workers..thank you for our pineapple,jalapeno ,pepperoni pizza it's always fresh and fully cooked

Update. Thank you dominos for taking time to address the order mistake i appreciate your concern to make things right. I Ordered 7 large pizzas 64 knots and 12 dipping sauces. This was a online car side order. When I got to the party all 12 sauces were not with my order.
