I am from a few states away and completely out of my element. I was trying to get to another place when my phone died and I had no clue where to go and not needing to buy another charger I took a chance that they would be kind enough to let me sit for a few and charge my phone. And sure enough, Jerry, came to my rescue and everyone was super nice and supportive. Thanks Jerry and others who let me cool down while I charged up.

It all started when I switched over to att and called customer service to get a SIM card. I was told by them they could remotely activate my SIM card. When they remotely activated my phone, I got completely locked out. I was not able to access anything on my phone. So I took it in to this store and was told that my phone was completely bricked. I asked if they would do anything for me since they were the ones who told me to do this and they said no. I asked if they could just try putting a new SIM card in to see if that would work. I once again was told no that there was nothing they can do and then told me they could just sell me a new phone. I left unbelievably angry as I felt I was scammed in to breaking my phone so they could sell me a new one. When I got home I tried taking out my SIM card and putting it back in. And like magic my phone started working again. I just didn’t have any service. So I went back and had them give me another SIM card which worked. I do not know if they know less than me about fixing phones (I know nothing about fixing phones). Or if they were just trying to rack up commission checks (which I’m pretty sure they were just trying to sell more phones) but it was pretty clear they do not care about the customer at this store If they brick your phone they won’t do anything for you.

Becky was so helpful! Everyone at this ATT location was service oriented. Becky was able to save me money and get more for less money! I walked out of the store with more data, better insurance coverage, and a new iPhone all set up and ready to go. All of my apps, photos, and contacts were transferred. Thank you!

Went in to get a new phone and was pleasantly surprised that I could trade in my old phone for the current model at no charge. Sounds like a deal to me! Checked my next bill and was stunned to see new charges for phone insurance for $17 a month and At&t next for $5 a month. I didnt sign up for either of those add ons nor were they even discussed. Between this and the fact they doubled my internet bill after a year it may be time to start looking at other providers.

One of the reps who sold me an iPad told me there was a $300 trade-in credit for any device over $20 including my unused smart watch. I come back a couple days later with the watch to get the $300 trade-in credit and they told me they don’t do that anymore, then I waited over an hour for them just to tell me they can’t do it without a managers approval. The manager was standing 10 feet away helping someone with a watch or something during that entire time. Eventually I told them I had to leave and for them to call me once they can do the trade. they call me later that day and tell me to come in and they can take care of it right away. I come in and then wait over 30 mins because I guess no one could do it, and the rep who helped me was “on his way back”. Meanwhile there are four or five employees sitting or standing around who were Generally unhelpful and not even willing to try and do anything to speed this process up. Ended up walking out again for the second time that day. Don’t tell customers you can do things you can’t do and then waste hours of their time trying to figure it out. How about that?

Issac is amazing. I walked in as a 20 year loyal customer with another carrier and walked out a happy AT&T customer. Isaac was highly professional and provided a seamless customer experience. I was mostly impressed with his ability to navigate what could have been a complicated process. He went through all of the necessary steps to both inform me of products, promotions and services while not making me feel like I was being sold. I appreciate respectful candor, expertise and professionalism and think that is the way it should be. Just in the time it took to complete the transaction I’ve already referred another customer, my son. Job well done! Always go to this store location at the Quarry market. Their whole team is great. I went in needing a new phone & was greated at the door by Becky Nanez. She was AMAZING. She was patient with me & gave me a few options to choice from. After selecting the correct phone, she helped me chose a case & screen cover to protect it. She has a positive attitude & great personality. I will definitely be back to see her. Thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!
