Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy an IPhone and asking what kind of promotions they had we got “Help” from some big guy… he was just trying to make a sell and NOT help at all he did not care! He was trying to give us the run around! And when I finally made a decision and decided to buy something after all he was trying to sell me a “charger” if not he wasn’t able to sell me the phone how ridiculous does that sound!! Would definitely not recommend this place don’t waste ur time! ~Ms.

The techs are awesome!! My husband dropped his phone as the screen went completely black. When his new one arrived, I took it there to see if they could transfer all including pictures to his new one. They did!! And at a reasonable price. I will be a returning customer. ~Maria

He went through all of the necessary steps to both inform me of products, promotions and services while not making me feel like I was being sold. I am from Canada. My wife and I were driving from Mexico to Canada. We had Mexican and Canadian sim cards, but due to roaming charges, we decided to get a US sim card. We stopped at this location randomly ( actually we were lost at the time). Dealt with Fadi. He is such a nice guy, very polite and professional, and gave us right advice. We got a sim with plan, and made our way home. ~U
