I went in to exchange a faulty watch I bought less than 3 weeks ago. The employee were all just sitting down talking, one of them was on the computer and never even looked up. Lamar came to help me. I made them aware that I spoke to customer service and they said to come and exchange the watch. The employee told me that the only way they would exchange it is to pay a $55 restocking fee. For a product that I purchased from their location. He just kept telling me he can’t do anything or help unless I pay the fee. Another employee named Ashton came to “help” and said the same thing. That not even their manager to either wave the fee or override the barely over 2 week return period. All the employees were rude, Ashton gave a lot of back talk and I ended up only being directed to guess what…to call customer service. I will NEVER go to this location and advise you do the same.

My family and I have been with ATT since when they were Cingular. We started having issues with our phones and the technician helping us first told us that our data plan has unlimited data but was an old plan and "really wasn't unlimited". This was clearly a tactic for us to update to a more expensive plan. Needless to say that tactic did not work lol. The technician then changes his story and said there was an issue with the phone and there is no way to fix it unless we get a new phone or plan. I saw right through this and proceeded to cancel my plan with all my phones and went to T-Mobile. The phones worked with no issues at T-Mobile. The ATT employees were nice and they did the best they could however it's very clear that corporate has limited their capabilities to the point where they are not able to assist what seems to be about 80% of the customers that walk through the door.

Awesome customer service from Ashton she went above and beyond to help my sister get her new phone and recommended the best one for her. She took the time to set up everything from the phone case to the pop socket as well as the screen protector. Thank you and awesome customer service at this store!

David and Ashton were stellar in their collective professionalism and technical support in our purchase of a new phone. They solved multiple problems and issues with our old phone and successfully transferred the data and information to our new phone. We are amazed at the level of service and customer care we received. Ashton and David are truly superstars in the AT&T constellation. Very sweet staff! I went in last month after I had water damage on my iPhone. Samantha took the time to help me transfer everything over from my damaged phone to my new phone. She was a true life saver!!! Lamarcus and Don assisted as well and they were both very friendly and helpful. Really great experience after a not so fun phone situation. Thank you for all the help Samantha, Lamarcus, and Don! :)

The store was great, the employees were great. We were switching from another carrier to AT&T. We knew there would be a wait. We needed 4 new phones lines & Samantha (I think was her name), did all she could to make that happen! Her & the manager were both awesome! Thank you for yalls help!

Went to buy an Apple Watch SE for my 11 year old daughter for Xmas. Was told the monthly installment was going to be around $9 a month. Just received a bill for almost $90 and was informed I had an activation charge an, insurance charge and monthly cellular service charge in addition to my installment. NONE OF THIS was explained to me, because if it was, there was absolutely no way I would have purchased the product. Be aware of the deceptive sales practices. Person who sold me the product has a heavy set Hispanic male with eczema around his scalp. Notice: Only positive reviews are acknowledged. You’ll see how all the negative reviews are not addressed.

Truly a great experience. Went to purchase my iPhone 12 Pro Max and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Isaac, was the one who helped me with my purchase, and was by far the friendliest and most helpful. I didn’t know the difference between the previous iPhone and the one I purchased, but Isaac explained all the specs and features very thoroughly. I hope to go back and purchase more phones for the rest of the family!
