I am from Canada. My wife and I were driving from Mexico to Canada. We had Mexican and Canadian sim cards, but due to roaming charges, we decided to get a US sim card. We stopped at this location randomly ( actually we were lost at the time). Dealt with Fadi. He is such a nice guy, very polite and professional, and gave us right advice. We got a sim with plan, and made our way home.

Location has friendly staff who was very helpful. Thomas helped me get a new phone without any trouble at all. The whole experience was effortless and easy. I went in yesterday because I've been thinking about upgrading my phone. The salesman, Tommy, was very nice and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what phone is best for me. He answered my questions and understood that I'm on a budget. Ultimately I chose a phone, got a phone case, a screen protector, and Tommy helped me stay within my budget. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase & the customer service I received!

Bad service had the phone for 5 days malfunction with the phone.THEY wouldnt take it back said the supervisor has to do it wont come back to this location AGAIN!

I didn't get her name but the woman working the front desk was very personable and got me hooked up with a new phone in less that 15 minutes. She was super nice and actually engaged in conversation with me while waiting. Definitely worth making this my main metro store.

My husband came to get another phone because his got lost , the worker didn't explain that his bill would be going up with this new phone, so we bring it back less than 24 hours later & they refuse to let him exchange it for the phone he had before , we were willing to pay the difference. They said it was all the stores policy but we went to another that said different. Just liars all around. Don't believe their other good reviews , they were made by the workers here , lol
