I went in to find a lugnut breaker, and the guy behind the counter not only showed me where one was, he asked me if I knew what I was doing. He could have just sold it to me but he then proceeded to spend about 10 minutes explaining to me how to do it. You dont get that type of service in Walmart. I didnt ask for any help so I guess thats the point. Its actual service and not just selling parts.

FEBRUARY 19TH: 9PM- My dad and I just had the best customer service we have had in a while. Mateo and the other amazing worker that was on the same closing shift helped us out and lended us some tools to help fix our trailer hitch. We have a good event early in the morning and we were struggling a lot with our trailer. They were just about to close, but they stuck around and helped us so we could fix our trailer to ride smoothly on the road, instead of having to go all the way out to the location to fix our issue. If these two guys aren’t already managers, you need to promote them!!! They went above and beyond to help us, and are literally a god send. Thank you so much, this experience just made our night!!!

Called in to look up part wasn't totally sure if it had ac or not the guy told me let's " to make up my mind here" rudely not a big deal but none the less I would have spent over 400 dollars there if he hadn't said that to me.

A new store within the last three years. Has a well stocked inventory of general automotive supplies. If you need to have specific parts for autos and trucks, you may have to order. The longest time I had to wait for an order to arrive was 3 days. The staff is more than helpful when ordering parts. Auto Zone does give 10% discount on all purchases to military and military retirees.

Came in to get a battery tested. Person working the counter couldn’t get it to work(security locked out, really simple fix) and the manager (who wasn’t helping a customer) couldn’t be bothered to do his job so we had to go to a different location. Really frustrating.

All the gentleman at this auto parts store are quite pleasant and helpful the older gentleman that works there is just hilarious he's a jerk but at the same time it fits him perfect his customer service skills are number one I appreciate him and this AutoZone

Surprised they could order my starter for my 1978 Ford F 700. They were quick and it arrived a couple days later. They could use that order as points for the AutoZone card as they do the instore purchases. That would have added a whoppin 450$ to my points for bigger rewards.
