This place was awesome. Had my car back and fixed in one day. Every where else could not even look at it for 4 to 5 days. Not an option for me as I had to get back and fourth to work. Rafael was amazing and so glad I took my car here. To be honest pep boys was not my first choice to take it but sooooo glad I did.

Had a basic oil change service on the wife's car, never been to pep boys before for an oil change but I'm glad I told her to check them out. Amazing service and knowledge from the service manager there Rafael Reyes. Keep it up man! We WILL be back.

I just want to take this time to say thank you to these PEP BOYS on Evergreen Way, Russell, Rafael and the tech Paul. They help me from beginning to end and were pleasant, kind and fast. They even stayed late to make sure I was taken good care of and my car was good to go. They definitely showed excellent customer service. Thanks for doing all that you guys do. If you ever have a tire emergency check these guys out. They deserve a raise for sure 😁😁

First experience with Pep Boys was great and I will for sure try to give them business or referrals when I can. I called in late on a Sunday and spoke with Dan since I had a belly pan/tray under my car that had come loose while I was far away from home and he let me stop by to take care of removing them so that they don't come off on the freeway and cause a traffic accident for others behind me. Tyrone & Paul were the techs that took care of the removal and they were very helpful and careful with the car and getting the panels cleaned up so I can store them in a box I had in the trunk. Thank you kindly for saving me trouble and caring about road safety.

This particular pepboys doesn't sell auto parts anymore. They can maintain your vehicle but I'd call first for what they can do for you. Otherwise it will be a wasted trip. And make sure to get a appointment days ahead!

Changed my tires and oil . Everything was completed correctly but the charge was highieri than expected . On the phone they said around $650 - 700 and ended with 950 bill . Lots of extra , for deleting " mentenace required " on a toyota Camry witch takes 1 minute they charged me $10 , first time ever to get charged for that thing and etc . You have to say that before changing.

We came in and had a tire that could not be fixed. We were due for new tires anyway and bought 4 tires. With the installation we purchased the alignment and all the bells and whistles and it was still cheaper than anywhere else we looked. The man who helped us was very nice and listened to our concerns. I feel we got a great service for a great price.

As someone who always has a million questions & always needs clarification, Rafael was very informative on the maintenance needed for my car. He was able to explain which services to prioritize as well as provide me with quotes for each service. He also did not pressure me to get things done right away and was very honest about the timeframe in which these things should be taken care of. Excellent service & great communication. 😊
