I've bought parts here over the years just bought a hood that appeard to be straight , after putting it on the truck realized it wasn't. They won't honor a return $600 down the drain. No longer recommending all my buddies shop here. Service: Vehicle rebuilds

Con artists, I was told one price on the phone and told a price triple when I showed up, you literally can buy the same NEW oem part online for less than what they want.😒

Bad and unpolite people, if you go to them it looks like why you came! The prices given from the belly depending on the face you have, very very expensive!!! Stay away from such people and places!!! Service: Part finding & extracting

I called to purchase a truck bed but they wanted $1200 more than other junkyards in the area. I will never purchase anything here if their prices remain so high Service: Vehicle wrecking

Only had phone interaction. It wasn't horrible. Short but not rude, straight to the point with relevant info.

I bought some seats from Al's to replace my bench seat with buckets and they are awesome! They let me see the seats so I could measure the brackets to make sure they would bolt in which they did. They dont do returns so make sure what you buy is what you need like I did there will be no bones made if you buy the wrong part its on you. Their seats come at a price but they are pristine so you get what you pay for there they wont negotiate asking prices on them.

John at the counter hooked up our shop with a difficult to find engine with very low miles. It arrived to us clean and in good condition. Took care of a minor issue on a turbo for us and helped make the deal stick. Very happy with the service, time line and communication with these guys. Nowadays you get what you pay for and never have had trouble with them. Thanks John! Service: Part finding & extracting

They have high quality parts in very nice condition. Not the typical wrecking yard stuff. It is NOT cheap. 90% of their sales are to auto body repair shops doing insurance work. If you a need high quality part that looks near new, they have it, but it will cost you. I got a very hard to find super nice seat for my truck when everywhere else had junk.

We bought an engine for a 2003 Ford Expedition from Al's and when we received it, this is what we were staring at (see picture). When we called them and let them know that there was an unsettling amount of sludge in the motor, they told us that it would be fine and that they have been in the business for years. We asked if we could replace it with another engine they had on hand and they said, "if we weren't happy with this one, why would we be with another." I didn't realize the commonality for used engines to come packed with sludge. When we purchased the engine, it was supposed to come with a warranty. I wouldn't trust any engine, let alone anything that uses any fluids from these guys. They didn't seem eager to help at any point. Buyer Beware! UPDATE: In response to the owner's response. That guy is quite the storyteller. We called the day after we received the engine. That is how I was able to get such a good picture of the front of the engine. Nowhere in my review did I question the compression of the engine. They told us the engine had been sitting for almost 3 years and that is just needed to be sprayed out. Never at any point did they offer us a full refund. They did give us a call after I left the review asking what they needed to do to get us to remove it. It was disappointing to see that they only wanted to talk to me after I had left a review with the picture. The same picture I had sent them when I was trying to get them to warranty the engine in the first place.
