I bought a condenser and radiator from the Mead yard and discovered that it was the wrong parts after I got home. So a week later I brought the parts to the Spokane Valley yard hoping I might be able to exchange them. There were plenty of potential donor vehicles. So after getting the correct parts it was time to pay. I was unable to find my receipt so I didn't know how things would go regarding the exchange. They were actually able to pull up an image of my receipt from the Mead yard and were happy to do an exchange! Wow, things went way better than I had expected. So I have elevated Pull & Save's rating to five well deserved stars for going the extra mile in helping a customer (me).

First time I've ever found the car I needed right away and it had the part I was after already exposed and ready to go and it worked. 6 dollars at pull and save including the walk-in fee 40 dollars anywhere else. Great day at pull and save. 🤷♂️ Services: Part finding & extracting, Vehicle recycling

Fast and friendly service. It's nice to see a place where all the employees are smiling. Prices are reasonable. They have a good selection of vehicles to find parts you need.

7of9-22 Well prices were more than I expected for a self serve place and there were no sprinkles like at (self serve) Blueberry Frozen Yogurt, but I got most of what I needed plus some extras for a good price. Will need to go back to get a replacement window motor this one has a problem, but will use the return trip to pick up more items. Hard to critique the service considering you do it yourself. But courteous and helpful staff at the counter. Good place to get used parts.

I love this place but I'm A Car Junkie working on cars fixing up old cars searching for parts getting the best deals if you know what you're doing this is the place to go before you look anywhere else save yourself a lot of money and save yourself some time especially now that it's summer look online see what they have available and know where it's at it's easy to write down it's the same list they'll print you row and car number except for when you write it down you get to put that stuff in order so you're not bouncing all over the yard like a chicken with no head

Please stop raising your prices? I used to love going here but the prices are getting too high. It's obvious that a vast majority of us going to the scrap yard are not wealthy. I understand that you're not running a charity case, but 14 dollars for a pair of old rusty half crackled dirty faded sun visors is a little much. Or at least charge less when we are buying multiple items. IDK, I do think the staff is mostly awesome. I'm just disenchanted when I spend $85 for a few trim pieces, a knob or two, a twenty year old fuel sending unit (not guaranteed to work), and a set of gauges. All of which would need some kind of refurbishing or rebuild. Anyhow, I feel like I'm not alone when I say by raising your prices you push a lot of your customers away to other markets. Especially when we're not "rich" to begin with and business seems to be doing well for your establishment regardless. Thanks for doing what you used to do and keeping us coming back by having the best prices.

If you own an older car and can follow a utube video this is a great place to buy used parts. My car window was shot out 21$ later I had a new window.

The guys help u figure out what you need. I saw a wife on a parts run for her husband and I was impressed with the team that helped her get the right part. Things like that are noticed by everyone and appreciated. I feel like anyone can go there and get what you need as long as you know the color of your car they figure out the rest 😂

Cody just discriminated against me because I'm wearing a mask.. I went in LAST WEEK and and sold 2 junk cars the very polite man at the desk (of course I don't remember his name) I got 250 each. I came back to sell a car that is worth more and in better condition. As soon as I walk up to the desk CODY rolls his eyes and with the worst attitude said " can I help you" at this point it was obvious that the rest of the experience would be he'll and it was. The complete opposite of the great service I usually recieve here.. he sent me with a bid of 200 saying that the price has dropped (literally within 2 days) I have receipts of the date I received proper bids compared to this? I won't do business as long as he's there
