First rate service. I bought snow tires for my truck. Tony was very helpful on the phone, ordered the tires I needed, and called me the next day when they came in to offer me an appointment. Even though I was 15 minutes late, they still got me out the door in less than an hour and a half. The team was polite, and kept me informed throughout the process. I will be back for my all weather tires in the Spring.

Amazing service tonight; on our way through Bellingham we blew a tire; and no way our emergency spare would get us to where we were headed; we found Discount open even though it was 45 minutes past their closing; they squeezed us in and had us back on the road in 20 minutes; saved our weekend away! Called and an employee answered the phone. He said he was in the back and could he put me on hold. Waited 10 minutes on hold. Hung up and went with Les Schwab for 4 new all weather top of the line tires, siping and alignment because they answered and talked to me.

I had to purchase four new tires. They squeeze me in before the end of the day. The only problem is they forgot to put one of my logo emblems back on my wheel. Now I have to go back and have them order it. Otherwise the customer service was very prompt and good.

Ordered two tires online to be installed at this store. I had to call the store a couple times. Once to set up the appointment and a second time when I saw that the price of the tires had dropped. Both times I received great customer service (something that is truly lacking these days). The price change was noted and I received the lower price with no hassles.

Bought tires several months ago and was sent an email reminder to check air pressure and to have a tire rotation done. Always great service and there's not hardly any waiting times longer than the service your there for.
