I'm leaving a 0 star review because Your employees make me so uncomfortable, that I don't even want to shop for my business here any more. I plan on spending hundreds of dollars when I walk into this store but the last few times I have walked in, I get followed by your employees. Not everyone that comes in is a thief. I hate shopping here now. It's ridiculous and I'm never coming back.

Large variety and employees that actual pay attention. Could use a bit better attention tu the bath room cleaning.

I used to love Home Depot but they have fallen off a cliff in terms of customer service both in the store and on the phone. Don’t bother trying to call and talk to someone. Nobody answers. I hate the Home Depot now and I take my business to Lowes. They are much, much better. Great customer service, clean store and great selection.

Not very pleasant or helpful staff. The washrooms are clean.

Product selection is adequate but customer service is awful. Asking for help causes staff to literally disappear. Calling the store would be worse than Xfinity except Home Depot Bellingham doesn’t answer the phone. The customer service desk is rarely staffed. How much longer will paying customers have to listen to “…due to Covid, staffing is short.” I mean seriously.

My wife and I went to this location today to buy some additional paint and supplies for repairing a rental. First issue was with the paint department making our paint with a higher end paint than we had asked for but the employee quickly rectified the situation, so 5 stars for them. The 1 star comes from the 30 minutes wait we had for a manager to approve the price adjustment from the paint mixup. They have switched to all self checkout stands and the price adjustment required a manager's approval. After 30 minutes the manager finally showed up, adjusted the price, and then moved on without a word. The other employee was very apologetic prior to the manager showing up.

We just went into Bellingham’s Home Depot location to get a quote on a new sliding door. Although there were two employees in the department, sitting at desks and not engaged, neither offered to assist us. I asked one person for help, and his attitude made it clear that we were an interruption, not customers. Without any effort to ascertain what we wanted, we did all the interaction or work to get him to provide a quote. We will be getting the new door, simply not from Home Depot.

I was working on a complicated situation with an order with one of the customer service associats. She was so kind and helpful and her manager Craig happened to be standing right next to her at that moment so I wanted to point out to Craig how she did such an outstanding job with solving my problem. I told him how of amazing employee she is. He sarcasticly replied with "that's nice". I noticed that he continued to condescend and mistreat her and the rest of his employees.

I've been to a lot of Home Depot locations, and generally like them; but this location seems to be an outlier. The store seems to be particularly disorganized, stock is difficult to find, and staff is largely disengaged. UPDATE: I visited this store again this past week to pick up a specific tool (cordless edger). I had located the tool online and saw that the store had quantity in-stock so I thought I'd simply pop in and pick one up while I was in the area. Couldn't locate the tool on the shelf as the area was disorganized, so I sought help from an associate. After about a 15-minute wait an associate came and pulled out a cordless line trimmer (not the edger I asked for). When I explained that I was looking for an edger which was a different product, the associate was adamant that I was wrong and this was the item I was looking for! I then walked the associate through the HD website to the product I was seeking and asked them to search the SKU on their ERP device - which brought up the product I wanted and showed quantity in-stock. Without another look the associate then attempted to dismiss me and told me the inventory system was wrong and they don't carry those. I pressed the associate a little more for details in their ERP system, and discovered that the elusive tool was on one of the pallets up above (and which was visible once I knew where to look). By this time the associate clearly just wanted me to go away and offered nothing more. I politely asked if they could retrieve one for me the associate told me bluntly "You'll need to come back another time". At that; I granted the associate's wish and left. I generally really like Home Depot. Why is this one store so horrific?
