Always a billing issue for years. Call center in India or somewhere outside th u.s.. never change your bill how they said they would. The biggest scam of all. T-mobile is 50$ a month max. Comcast is a thief!!!!

My mom and I were checking out our bill for cable tv, and myself when my bundle runs out. Dom was the manager and he helped us take care of what we needed.

There had been a little misunderstanding when I transferred my mobile plan with another rep but Dom was able to help me get a better understanding and fix the problem.

Needed help with my internet and decided to make an appt to talk to a person versus the internet. They were so busy, so glad I made an appt. Despite how busy it was, the two employees were handling everyone like pros. Each was helping three people at once, seamlessly hopping from person to person. They were kind, patient & knowledgable, offering world class customer service. Shout out to Dom, who was amazing! Someone give that guy a raise!!!

Went in for contract negotiations. Noone seemed knowledgeable, took almost an hour (i was the only 1 in the store) only to find out they added a phone line I didn't ask for and never told me about. Ridiculous.

Review 2020 Customer service is rather lacking here. I would highly recommend elsewhere for your cellular needs. Review May 2022 Almost 2 years later and... I am soon moving out of the area and cannot keep my xfinity service. I would however, like to keep my phone which has been paid in full for months but neither customer service or the store itself will provide me with the unlock code to use my phone elsewhere. Before attempting to activate with my new carrier i stopped by here to make sure my phone was not locked in any way and these guys flat out lied to my face. Never been a problem with any other carrier I've had. The actual store with actual ("local") people was less helpful than where ever the place calls go to is. I can't wait to cancel my internet too and just be done with xfinity.

If I could give Xfinity/Comcast Zero stars that would be too good for them. Don't get me wrong, the salesman seemed to know what he was doing. The cost of Just cable is ridiculous. I went in to get a better rate in February, only to find out that they also added internet that I didn't ask for and do not need.The cost For only cable is more expensive than for cable and internet. It makes sense to force something on a costumer that they don't want, and charge the customer more for less product. As a company and service provider Xfinity is awful. Half the time the service doesn't even work for hours at a time on the cable. I'm sure there's plenty other services that must be better than Xfinity. I'm definitely looking for a new cable provider!!

Store manager was incredibly rude and very disrespectful. Policy changes that we were unaware of (despite having just purchased a home security system from them) prevented us from purchasing a phone, which would have been fine if we were made aware prior and if the manager wasn’t extremely unprofessional and downright mean. When we called xfinity about this problem, they stated that we should have been authorized to make purchases even after the new policy and they don’t know why that store said we weren’t. 0/5 stars.

This store is so unprofessional. The store manager didn’t help his sales rep, which led to unnecessary sales and charge on my credit card. I was charged $782 for an IPhone that I never took from the store because the store manager did not return the phone back to the warehouse. I’ve been promised on two occasions when I went back to the store that the sales rep will make sure the manager mail the phone back. Well, it’s been almost two months and the phone has not been returned! This has caused my credit score to go down because of the unnecessary over charge on my credit card. Very unhappy customer!!! Poor and mischievous customer service. This store doesn’t even deserve a one star. I would give it 0 star if I could on the rating. I recommend going to the Roseville Xfinity Store, they are more professional there and people are better trained there.
