The North Branch Verizon Store is the only wireless store that i would use, we moved 6 months ago and i still drive 30 minutes each way to ensure I have a smooth buying process. Eric and Jakob helped me this past purchase a Brady helped me about a year ago. These guys are top notch!

North Branch has a GREAT Verizon store! Been in several times to get help with my account and devices. They always go out of their way to be helpful (even though a different store is the one who signed me up and probably makes the $ on my account). They are knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Brett helped me today, sharp dude that gets it done. Also Jake the manager helped me navigate some tougher details and was great!

Very impressed by the customer service at North Branch Verizon. Brady helped me get a faulty Google pixel phone replaced and helped me set up the new phone. He made this experience as painless as possible. North Branch is out of my way but the great service makes the drive worthwhile.
