Carter is very honest and knowledgeable. I do not know much at all about phones and I struggle with processing information, carter was very patient and kind with a fantastic attitude. I wish more young adults could have good work ethic and professionalism like he showed. I have a lot of anxiety being in public because of the stress I feel with the fact business's seem to no longer enforce the importance of meaningful and sincere customer service. It was refreshing and calming for me to work with someone who takes their abilities and customer care seriously. He'll definitely be my go-to tech person.

Dan was awesome in helping me get my new Pixel6Pro. Dan was knowledgeable on the different phones and helped me figure out what best fit my needs. When my phone came in he helped me get everything set up, Dan was very patient and made sure I was completely comfortable with it before leaving. Dan never made me feel pressured (like another store that obviously lost the sale.) I love my new phone and it was a great shopping experience!

We went in to check out a new phone and update our plan. We were excited to see the only employee was with a customer but no one else was waiting. We realized the customer was a friend, not a customer, and when the friend asked the employee if she needed to help us, the employee responded that we can wait. It seemed obvious she didn’t want business at her store with no signage on the phones we wanted to look at so we left and went to the other Verizon store in Buffalo.
