Brett, replaced my kitchen faucet. I thought I could do the job but couldn't, I called in the pros.and I am happy I did, Brett found the drain had a crack and needed replacing, he recommended replacing all with new material, he did the job correctly. Carter is very honest and knowledgeable. I do not know much at all about phones and I struggle with processing information, carter was very patient and kind with a fantastic attitude. I wish more young adults could have good work ethic and professionalism like he showed. I have a lot of anxiety being in public because of the stress I feel with the fact business's seem to no longer enforce the importance of meaningful and sincere customer service. It was refreshing and calming for me to work with someone who takes their abilities and customer care seriously. He'll definitely be my go-to tech person. ~Krystal
