I have always had good luck here they have always been friendly to me. I am usually in here every 3 months, reviewing my plan adding or subtracting lines. There are something they can't do because they are not a corporation store but they can do most things.

Fantastic service. Zach, Ben, and Patrick are all very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and expeditious. I always hated getting a new phone because I ordered online and setup is such a pain, but these guys made it pain free. Will ALWAYS go to this store for all Verizon needs from now on.

Ben helped me to get an Apple Watch. He was super knowledgeable and walked me through set up so I was able to walk out with it on my wrist. He explained thoroughly how it works in an easy to understand manner. I also had him put the liquid shield on my watch and my phone. All around a great experience with a wonderful employee. My husband and I went to this location on Black Friday as we were interested in upgrading our phones. The man who helped us, I believe his name was Patrick, was beyond helpful! We had recently had a bad experience at another Verizon location but this experience was 100x better. We both ended up walking out with new phones that day. We will definitely be back to this location as everyone who was working was so nice, especially the man who helped us. Great customer service! 👍🏼🙂
